From 1-Star to 5-Stars:I initially left a 1-star review because of delay, poor communication and installation.. However, I was truly impressed by the owner's prompt response and genuine effort to resolve the situation. They took the time to call me personally, listen to my concerns, and explained how there was a gap in communication, and offered to resolve the installation issue by having someone come back to check the installation.I'm happy to report that the shades are nicely installed and functional. This experience completely changed my perspective. Mistakes indeed happen occasionally and what differentiates good businesses is their ability to fix the problem. They truly care about their customers and are committed to providing a positive experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for installing blinds or windows.

These people are the Real Deal! I just recently had 5 windows done with blinds in my home and from sales to install to follow up was 5 STAR execellent. This company really cares about the customer. After the job is done, there quality assurence department calls you and checks on you to make sure everything is oaky. I had the great pleasure of working with Kristy, she was the one that called and checked on the job well done. Kristy was exremely nice, polite, professional, courteous, accesible, and genuinely cared! Thank you Kristy and to whom ever hired her.

This is our second transaction with Bay Home and Windows. As expected our experience was flawless. Tami was outstanding to work with. The designer was dead accurate on measurements staging for a perfect installation. Ed was second to none in regard to attention to details during the installation. It is clearly obvious he is compassionate about his job and really takes great pride in doing a great job. I highly recommend this business for their dedication to quality and commitment to customer service.

I am so grateful and very satisfied with the company's service and products. The shutters are beautiful and in great quality. I had the pleasure of working with Samantha who came to my house and showed the products. She spent a great deal of time explaining in greater details. She was so helpful, very nice and knowledgeable. Lily followed up with my orders and she was just as wonderful to work with and so helpful. Tyeler who made sure everything went smooth with the final product, etc. She went above and beyond my expectations. She made sure I was 100% satisfied. She was so patient, very professional, kind and so helpful. Working with her made me felt comfortable. She really had my back which was so nice and so generous of her. I'm so grateful for her service. To the guy who installed our shutters, he took pride in his work, friendly, nice young man and made sure the shutters were installed beautifully. Overall, I highly recommend Bay Home and Window. They are reliable, offers great quality shutters with very nice and helpful employees.

Complete home shutters were our family's last interior project; and it has finally come to life. We have waited for the right time, and this was it. Our design consultant, Tami Carriger, was very nice, thorough, and patient. Today was the day of installation. Eric, Justin, and Jacob were exceptional. Clear communication, clean, professional. I had all my 30+ windows done. If I had more, I would call this team AGAIN. I. Definitely referring friends to Bay Home and Window company. "Impeccable" is probably the best word to describe Bay Home & Windows approach to the blind installation that the company just completed at my home. Precise, professional, and friendly, from the folks on the phone, to the person who did the measurements, to the installer. You'll never have a worry if you engage this business. Bought 3 different types of Graber Blinds for our home in 2016 through Bay Home & Window through the Costco program. I remember how well our original consultation and installation experience went. After 7 years, we had issues with the one top down/bottom up cellular set of blinds not working anymore, . I contacted Bay Home & Window and Heather at Bay Home & Window walked us through the process of getting a new set of blinds for the non-functioning set. I was fully expecting to pay for the new set of blinds, but Heather explained that the manufacturer, Graber, would replace them for free as well as any other blinds in the immediate open area since the original color was not available. WOW!! Bay Home & Window offered to send an installer out at a reasonable cost to reinstall the new blinds because they had a different footprint and Graber did not manufacture the original blinds anymore. I declined because I had experience installing these types of blinds. Because of this, Bay Home & Window was not getting any monetary benefit for this transaction but continued to work with me to get the replacement blinds despite this. Bay Home & Window could have easily not done what they did for us. What integrity and honesty! Because of this experience, we will specifically request Bay Area Home & Window to come out to do our window treatments for any future work. They deserve our return business!

My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Bay Home and window. The installation was on time as scheduled and the product was of high quality. More to the point however, we lost our battery charger for our new motorized blinds and had to call their customer service. Both Heather and Christy were terrific in sending us a replacement charger within a few days. Great customer service from these two. I'd give more stars if I could. Craig M.
