We have a 60" round marble top dining table and a heavy glass coffee table that we were concerned about having the moving company wrap/move. We called Bay Area Crating and from the get go, they were extremely professional and courteous. They were flexible on time and available to crate and uncrate within a day or so before our scheduled move. The team who showed up to crate for us on the day of the move, Patrick and Louis, were great. I had tried to give them dimensions of the crates from our previous move (my husband's company had hired them to crate our belongings when we moved from Seattle to SF, so we were familiar with the company), but unfortunately, the dimensions were wrong on our prior invoice. Patrick and Louis were great and didn't complain, even though I felt terrible - they just made a new crate for us very efficiently. They were also really respectful of our apartment and made sure to lay down padding before putting the wooden crates on the floor. Day of uncrating, Tyler and Louis showed up on time. They helped me move the dining table to where I wanted it, and made sure I was ok with placement of the coffee table as well. They took all of the packing supplies with them and made sure the area was clean as they were leaving. This was the least stressful part of our move! Thank you Bay Area Crating. If we ever need crating again (we hope not for a loooong time), we'll be sure to call you.
