Don't expect them to be open during posted business hours. Waited outside for 20 minutes and the employees were obviously inside but didn't open the store.

As an African-American woman, I was given a very hard time here. I shop at bath and body works regularly and I am a rewards member. I purchased a three wick candle from here and before it was half empty, it cracked.. bath, and Bodyworks has a policy in which you can exchange a candle that you do not like or that is damaged, and this can be done without a receipt. As soon as I walked into the store, I let the manager know of my situation, and she said I was good to go, and that I just needed to choose a candle to replace my broken one. when I got to the register, all of the girls working, seemed unaware of the policy and made me feel like I was trying to scam the store or something.. they all gathered together and stared at the whole transaction, and it made me feel really awkward, as if I was doing some thing wrong. They made it a really big deal and called the manager and walked over to her and she said it was totally fine and they all kind of looked stupid. One of the girls was kind of acting like she was more knowledgeable than the other girls. Yet, she did not even know the exchange policy. I totally understand being careful about this and double checking, but it wasn't really like that. It was more like they thought I was trying to scam them and they were all surrounding me. She then proceeded to tell me that the lid I chose on the candle was $30. I asked her if I the candle and lid was $30 each. She said yes so in a total I would pay $60 for this candle with a special lid. I told her that I wouldn't get that lid but the next time I came to the store I found out that that wasn't even true and I'm not sure why she told me that. I don't shop here anymore they really rubbed me the wrong way.

The first store I go to whenever I come to Stoneridge. They have great scents and amazing deals. Just be sure to always buy things only when it’s on sale, otherwise it’s mildly overpriced. I recommend their newest scents Poppy and Butterfly. As well as Sunset Glow and Marshmallow Fireside. The staff are extremely friendly, and are willing to help out whenever. This kind lady recommended a couple amazing scents to me too!

Don't shop here. You will receive terrible customer service, especially from the manager and an associate by the name of WES. Yes, I'm going to stoop so low and call her out. Why? Because I received TERRIBlE customer service from her during my experience here. They have a semi annual sale, I liked the single wick candles and the price that was being advertised. A sign stated "ALL SINGLE WICK CANDLES $5.95" so I chose to buy a few. I went to the register and they refused to honor the price. Telling me that doesn't apply to the single wick candles I picked. The funny thing is the sign was posted in front of the selection I chose from! The least they could do is honor the advertised price and remove the sign as to not deceive other customers. I'm complaining about Wes and the manager because their lack of customer service skills. In this situation they chose to justify the advertisement and blame there corporate office for giving them the signs. As a business, it's their responsibility to take accountability for what they advertise and the management could have easily decided NOT to put up the sign it's FALSE information.

This store is amazing 100 stars if I could. I had to exchange a candle and everyone where so helpful and on top there all where so nice to my service dog. Everybody showed so much love to him. Amazing store
