Today i went into the branch concerning a deposited check. The teller who helped me was unprofessional, rude, and very dismissive of the matter. After leaving this establishment i was left feeling judged, humiliated, and mistreated by the teller who was of Indian descent who sits at the desk to the left of the entrance. In the end Ann did help resolve the issue but the whole process was messy and lengthy. This is not the first time this has happened to my husband and I. We will begin banking elsewhere and i do plan on making a formal complaint.

In short, I really don't go to banks often. But when I do it's to either get cash or deposit cash. So I feel that this place is standard.L O C A T I O NBank of America is located in the Dublin Ulfert's Center. They do have dedicated parking spaces for Bank of America which is helpful when the area is "poppin'" for lunch or dinner.T H O U G H T SI've never been inside this bank. I'm sure it's typical Bank of America. They do have a drive through ATM which seems to be a novelty these days.The one recent trip I went to get cash and only one of their ATMs were working. I would hope that they would be more on top of things and make sure their ATMs were working. The line was getting a little crazy outside and took forever to get cash. But I do appreciate that you can now get more denominations outside of $20s.O V E R A L LAgain, convenient for me when I'm at work. But otherwise, it's not my go-to bank and wouldn't want to be going to a bank at all to be honest. I kind of like to not carry cash and I like to do everything online or on the app. But if I do need to do some banking activities, this spot is not too bad.

Worst experience with Bank of America. I have business account with them on 21st I was in bank for wire transfer and cashier said I can’t do it because I am not trained for wire transfers. Then senior banker was called and she said to do it online by your self. I did wire transfer online my self but next day I got a call from customer care saying that I have to go to branch for verification. Again I reached branch after waiting 45 mins senior banker attended me around 2:30pm and she tried calling customer care till 3:00pm to do verification process. At 3pm another banker was introduced because call was not getting connected. Now 2nd banker informed that customer care close by 2:30pm because they work according to eastern time. After that I got a beautiful answer sorry can you please come tomorrow we will help you out. Again today I was in branch after waiting 45mins I walked to banker n asked why I am not attended it’s been 45mins. Banker replied we are sorry we are over booked. Branch employees are lack of knowledge customer care closing time is 8pm EST not 2:30pm. After all this I walked to railroad branch and they helped me right away. Never ever go to Dublin boulevard branch you will be disappointed for sure.

Can I actually give NEGATIVE 1 star review?The service from the banker at this branch is horrible. This Chinese lady was so rude, When ask how long is the wait time, she ignored our questions and just said "come back another day, there is gonna be a wait"Before I even have a chance to ask more questions, she wander away in her high heels. WTF, do I owe money to this bank???? Where is their basic manner?

It's Saturday today, and they should open from 9am to 4pm, but they were closed. Two other customers also came to the door trying to open, but the door was locked. I checked online again and it clearly says that this branch open on Saturday. Bank of America, you lost me as a new customer. I was trying to open account today and brought a check to deposit. However, I've decided not to deal with you.

James the bank manager is so pleasant and helpful. If you live in Livermore, I suggest driving the extra few miles to go to the Bank of America in Dublin.

Parking lot alone is completely atrocious to leave your car in due to very poor planning. Really doesn't help how many terrible and lazy Bay Area drivers go through this place as well. The side of my small sedan got smashed in by a door after a five minute deposit, owner took off and I luckily got their plate in time to contact the DMV.Fix your broken parking lot if you want your customers to come back to this bank. Barely anyone here drives SMART cars and Priuses these spots are designed for.

The worst banking experience every single time without a miss. Lines are long and they just don’t care about the customers. I have a lot of banking history with them and have business and private banking with large sums and transactions. They just simply don’t care. All the feedback provided over the years has also don’t nothing.
