This "Financial Center" is not for businesses during business hours. Regardless of business account and arranging an appointment to conduct business, you will still be directed to regular teller lines manned half capacity during business hours.. I plan to look for other branch or another bank.

Bank of America is absolutely the worst organization to deal with when trying to settle the affairs of an estate. This branch, like others, has been the opposite of helpful. They don't know their own processes, don't help the customer work through the process, and were unwilling to even call their own estate services people to consult. The experience was so frustrating that my wife literally left in tears. And, this is just the latest in a series of similarly bad experiences with BofA.

In working through closing my deceased father's accounts, the branch and it's employees have been nothing but unhelpful. I have followed every request by estate services and the branch continues to be challenging.

This review is squarely directed at the management of this branch...This place is always bad in terms of long lines, wait times. It never gets fixed. With other branches in Pleasanton closed or reduced hours, this place becomes the only game in town. The manager(s) will tell you to move the line as it isn't lined up properly, but couldn't care less about the people actually waiting in the long line. Today ... 15 people in line, 2 tellers at 2 pm in the afternoon. This despite having 4 teller windows. Instead of other employees who are here seemingly doing little jumping in to expedite and acknowledge the long waits and help SOLVE that ... nope. This would be the 10th time out of the past 10 visits that the long, slow line is going on. Another time I was trying to enter the bank 5 minutes before their closing time and the manager ran over and blocked me from coming in, said they were "closed" - she clearly wanted to get out if there by closing before closing time ... and on and on. What's sad is today once I got to the teller, she was VERY nice and helpful. She has a senior person behind her observing and helping her who was also terrific. What's funny is the more my money in accounts over the years have grown, the worse the service I get has gotten. If I could give this place zero stars I would. If I could give them negative stars I would. What's sad is the teller and a trainer that was observing/training the teller were both extremely nice, efficient, and helpful. Fantastic, but having to wait 30+ minutes for a 3 Mi Ute transaction is unacceptable. But it happens every time here.I've been with BofA for 50 years. I've gotten treated worse and worse through the years.
