“This place was great! The woman at the front desk, I think her name was Gina, was a huge help. I called Hertz for a rental and was waiting on hold for almost 40 mins and she called them up and got right through and helped me get a car within a few minutes. She also arranged for someone to pick me up to take me to get my rental. They did a beautiful job on my car and it was ready within a week. Would definitely recommend them.”

“I want to give my highest rated when I took my 2019 Z4 for oil change and check up on Saturday. My service Advisor was most informative. The service area and lounge was very clean and sanitize. They even text me a video of my car as it was getting inspected and oil changed. East Bay BMW is the only place that does that. They wash my car after .
