Worst customer service especially from the district manager name Daniel! My husband and I went to this store on 02/23/24 at around 4 pm. We asked one of the guys about their fiber internet and streaming device deal. We told them that the sales guy over the phone mentioned that he would mail us two streaming device for free. They said they never heard of such a deal. He wanted my ID l, but I told him I did not bring it with me. Daniel then said how are we supposed to help you without an ID. I said I have a pic of my ID on my phone. He wouldn't accept that and was rudely yelling at my husband. He told my husband let's go outside and we can take care of this violently! My husband told me let's just go home. Daniel rudely told us, "I hope a car runs you over on your way out!" Daniel calls himself a manager!!!! He wishes death on a customer. I would avoid this location at all cost.

Great workers!! Deals are really good and they have a lot of them. The workers are all very kind and helpful, great environment.

Friendly staff willing to help. Unfortunately, store policy is focused on just sales, no apparent training beyond that. They were personable and did try to help as they could but in the not able.

I had a very positive experience at the ATT store recently. After spending over an hour on the phone frustrated with ATT Help and the lack of knowledge I was getting, I made a visit to this store and was helped by the manager Kevin. He listened to the problems I was having with my change in phone subscriptions and the poor experience I was getting. Kevin was knowledgeable, professional and friendly in the way he helped me. I would recommend him highly and his manager should know how good of an ATT employee Kevin is. Kudos!

Kevin is a lifesaver! I was trying to set up a new iPhone SE for our son but because the screen on our old iPhone was shattered, I could not authenticate the transfer of data/cellular to the new phone. Kevin was very patient, courteous and helpful. He helped me and 3 other customers in very professional manner. Thank you Kevin!

Went in on Black Friday (unintentionally) just needed an upgrade and the store was crazy busy. Every staff member was helping who they could, sometimes two people at a time. Attitudes were great despite visible pressure and amidst difficult customers. I believe a young man by the name of Marquis helped me and he was super knowledgeable, patient, and a pleasure to work with. My 2 year old son had to sit with me in the store for 2+ hours and no one was bothered. Everyone was interactive and kind. A toddler mom’s dream. Thank you!

After experiencing numerous and frustrating mistakes by AT&T regarding the purchase of a new phone, I went to this store for help setting up my new phone (twice!). Kevin was outstanding. He spent an incredible amount of time helping me and making sure I walked out with a working phone and satisfied. The world needs more reps like Kevin. Thanks so much for the effort!

Fantastic experience here porting in a couple numbers from a different carrier. Received help from several folks, having to return several times due to one issue or another (my issue, not theirs). Ultimately, it was Adrian who helped me through everything. Extremely patient, knowledgeable, and friendly staff here. Great folks and a great atmosphere all around. They explained all of my options without being pushy, and I can honestly say this was my best experience in a wireless carrier store.

I normally don't review businesses frequently. My wife and I had issues at another AT&T store. We gave up at that location and went to the Dublin store. We are so happy we did. Jade, was incredibly patient and helpful. The other associates at the another store would not help us after they made the sale. Jade took the time and explained the process of trading in our 3 phones. We wish we would have just made the purchase at the Dublin store. Kevin the store manager checked in with us. We were happy to tell him that his sales staff is AWESOME. We just wished we went to this store from the start.
