“I lived at Canyon Creek for six years. During that time, I never had any problems or complaints. Management and maintenance responded promptly if I needed anything. The complex was quiet—very few, if any, issues that I can think of. Shaun and Royia are great. It’s a very nice place to live.”

“Derick was extremely helpful when my garbage disposal went out suddenly and i had a bunch of water under the sink. I called him and he came over very quickly and assured me that even though they were out of disposals he would resolve it and that he did! From the time I called him to the time repaired was less than 45 mins. He was professional and courteous. It was the best experience and resolution I have had with a bigger issue like this. I was amazed and very grateful. Thank you, Derick!”

“My family and I arrived in California a few months ago, we had to rent in The Woods, because it was what best fit our budget initially. We didn't know anything in California and getting to Fremont was our best option. Thank goodness the management at The Woods made us feel at home. When we received the apartment, everything was extremely clean and in excellent condition. Renting there was definitely the best decision. It was a great first step. Thanks to all the team.”

“Overall, this is a really nice apartment. I have lived here for a year, and unfortunately I am leaving for personal reasons. The staff are all wonderful and helpful. The resident portal app is really helpful to get in touch with the maintenance staff. Lupe has been helpful through out the stay. Guillermo is an amazing and a great help. He has helped me throughout my settling in and with my overall needs. He always been helpful and kind when I had any issues.I would come back here to stay. I guess the only issue I had living there is just the out dated kitchen cabinets and drawers, and my bathroom vent smelled of nicotine.The area is wonderful, the park across the way is very convenient.”

“We know Manuel for 5 years already, he is the best maintenance guy ever! He is always polite and he makes sure that his work is done good and he checks in afterwards to make sure there are no issues left after his service. Never tries to talk you out of fixing something, but always comes with understanding. Getting service from him is always a pleasure”

“We had toured a few apartment complexes in the Tri-Valley area and chose Connolly Station in the end. First of all, location. It is across the street from Bart, close to the freeway and walkable to nearby shopping. The property appears to be maintained and tended to with a high standard. The staff from the sales agents to maintenance to admin were all very courteous professional. The property is also very quiet and peaceful for a 300+ unit building. The neighbors are friendly and I can tell that they enjoy living here. Also we noticed a large amount of solar panels on the roof. It’s nice to know that alternative energy technology is part of this building. Having mini split heat pumps in all rooms is also nice to have. They are energy efficient compared to central HVAC.The devil is in the details and the professionals that manage this property have the details covered. We are happy to Connolly home.”

“I have been at Presidio Apartments for quite some time now. Presidio now has a new Management team resulting in vastly improved customer service and maintenance fulfillment, Recently we had a plumbing crisis and I was pleasantly surprised and amazed at the diligence and follow up from the Presidio staff to complete the work from start to finish, What was doubly amazing was the hands on work and supervision from the Property Manager Kyle N who ensured that we were taken care off well and the staff did the work according to plan, This experience made us glad that we chose to have Presidio as our primary residence.”

“I was looking at the apartments over here and my two sons, (13 and 11 years old) are in love with fishing. It's all they ever do! I was just wondering if it was ok for my kids to fish here for a few hours. I will make sure that they respect the property and leave it cleaner than they found it. Just wanted to make sure that it was ok.”
