I can’t speak highly enough about Alma and the beautiful arrangements she provided for my father’s recent funeral. She spent so much time consulting with us to help us figure out what we wanted and personalize it for us. We were blown away by her creations.

LOVE THEM!
...walked in to get a little something for Mother's day. They had beautiful arrangements but my wife likes her vibrant colors that are not necessarily traditional for Mother's day.
That was no issue for these wonderful ladies. They put together a beautiful bouquet according to my color choices in just 15 minutes and it looked amazing.
I live in San Jose. So jealous that you peeps in Pleasanton get to use them all the time. Please support this amazing business ?

I needed a florist in Pleasanton that could make a standing flower arrangement for a celebration of life service. I chose Alexandria's because the website had a nice selection of flower arrangements for memorials, funerals, cremations, etc. I ordered the all white "Magnificent Spray" and had it delivered to the mortuary. I was able to order online, and check the status of my order. I was happy and relieved that they completed the delivery on time, and even happier when I arrived at the mortuary to see that the flowers looked so fresh and beautiful. Alexandria's Flowers exceeded expectations in every aspect, and I would recommend their services to anyone. Thank you!

I called this past Monday to order flowers to be sent to my friend because she lost her mother recently. I selected Alexandria’s Flowers due to its proximity to my friend’s house. I purposely called the shop on the phone to get a human connection to this very human gesture of caring and wanted to send flowers. While they were professional and cordial I ducked 2 stars for 2 reasons.
1 star removed because the person who answered my call kept wanting for me to go online. I don’t go online for this mainly because I want to connect with a person because I want them to understand my intention of sending flowers. This is not something mechanical or should be automated (unless I die and I want to continue to honor my friends with flowers). I do this to many friends all over the world. So I have spoken to many florist around the US and overseas doing the same thing for their birthdays, loss, new baby, etc. So I do have lots of experience in this. Most of the time, they are very happy to connect with you. Another reason I don’t want to go online is that I know teleflora or 800flowers usually take a cut and I want to save them this and support local businesses directly. I hope this make sense.
Another star removed because when I asked her to send me a picture of the arrangement so I can see what I paid for, she just flat out refused. She said, “oh no we don’t to that.” I am paying $120 for an arrangement (plus $20 delivery plus tax) that I won’t see? I should have hanged up the phone and called another florist! I will attach my receipt so you guys know what I mean. In any case, I want this to be a warning to future orders. I thought I was going to be okay but I was not. I cannot possibly ask my friend to send me a picture just to make sure my arrangement looks like it is worth what I paid. All the florist I have dealt with around the world have sent me pictures, from Germany, Australia, France, Hong Kong, many states in the US.
I must have been taking to an employee who really didn’t care.
So all I know was that the flower delivery happened because my friend thanked me for thinking about her during this time. No idea about the flower because she did not mention it. So I have no way of knowing if it was worth it.
Next time, I will use a different florist.

Beautiful flowers. Ordered from Sweden and delivered next day. Next possible delivery was next week on the website but the florist was able to help us with a next day delivery.

Called them up with colors in mind and let the florist 'work their magic'. I'm not in the same state so I picked them based on their pictures and they did not disappoint. The employee on the line taking my order was super nice and friendly and told me about their new policy where they take pictures of the arrangements before they are sent out (love). The arrangement was beautiful and I'm so happy with such a seamless order. I'd definitely order again from here!
