I saw some sale shoes online and ordered it for store pickup. I completed all order steps and even got a confirmation email from Aldo with order # and estimated delivery date. Couple of days later, I got another email saying that the item was not available and my order was canceled... This is so wired. If the item is not available why it's listed for people to buy. Is this how they phish your credit card and contact information?? Or does this break any law that they charge you without delivering the product??? I would give a zero star if possible

This particular location is always clean and the employees seem generally happy and pleasant. I'm pretty happy with the styles and colors that Aldo shoes come in for men. They have plenty of options that aren't too loud by design and the color palate seems pretty neutral that helps me pick some colors to easily match with belts and to compliment my suits. I'm somewhat of a minimalist so I can appreciate that they have some basic options here. Shoes will typically run you 60-130ish for sneakers and dress shoes which I'm pretty comfortable with as I'm not looking to pay Nordstrom prices for shoes. My issue here comes with the quality of their shoes and somewhat their comfort ability. While I know there are more expensive options out there, I'm usually pretty keen on $120 shoes holding up decent and these just don't. A pair of sneakers I bought had the soles start to separate from the bottom of the shoe. A pair of dress shoes had very quick wear on the bottom and a hole started to form (most likely from a sharp rock or corner I must have stepped on) and the most recent pair of dress shoes had a layer of the heel on one just come right off after 6 days from purchase. To be fair on the most recent occasion I was provided a new pair via shipping as they didn't have another in my same size but it becomes inconvenient to have to drive back from Livermore to fix this. None of this is necessarily a problem with the employees or the level of service - its just the quality Aldo as a company establishes. While I appreciate the employees and the design choices, I'll probably be taking my purchases elsewhere due to the lack of quality this company demonstrates.

Love this store and whenever i visit this mall i come here. The ladies who work here are always so helpful yet not pushy :) Aldo is one of my fav brands. Love their selection

Let me just say Aldo has super cute shoes. However, the customer service offered is DISGUSTING. I went in to this location to complete a return. The moment I approached the register, the gentleman at the counter had this arrogant demeanor. I had ordered an item in the Pleasanton store and had it shipped. So I give him the item with the packing slip ( I had the receipt on my phone) which was shown to him. He keeps going back and forth looking at the packing slip and my phone. Asked me if I had purchased the shoes at the Pleasanton store. I said yes. He said you couldn't have ( I believe ha also said sweetie) because we do not have anyone by the name of Timothy. I replied, that is the packing slip from the warehouse. He snobbishly replies. Did the warehouse send the shoes to you like this. He accused me of wearing the shoes. They weren't worn, they had a few little lints from trying them on at home deciding wether I wanted to keep or not. Had they been worn the sticker on the sole would have been off and there would have been marks and scratches on the sole. The way this employee looked at me and treated me was humiliating. He offered an exchange. First of all, if these shoes are worn why are you offering an exchange. If they were in such a terrible condition they shouldn't be taken back period. He was looking at me as if I was a fly that needed to be squashed. So this little fly walked out humiliated and embarrassed unable to complete my return. I was in contact with the regional manager and he offered a 30% off coupon.... NO THANKS! I won't be shopping at your store. Manager also stated that this store has had issues with customer service. Also mentioned that the "you can exchange" is a tactic they use. That in this case it was used incorrectly. Be careful when you shop here, you might not be able to get a refund!

This is just an overall request I would say for the company... GET SOME LARGER CALF SIZES... I was soooo ready to give you my money for some hot thigh high boots I purchased but sadly had to return three different styles after I ordered them and they didn't fit my calf... the zipper was soooooo close...ended up getting some elsewhere and they were regular calf size, Not like i needed a wide calf shoe... i read plenty of reviews after my purchases didn't work out and there were plenty of other people that had the same problems... other than that shipping, customer service and style selections were great... just wish i could fit the damn shoe

I cant never find any cool classic pimps at this one. They cater more to young hip mall taste. They do have latest glittery styles.

Customer service here was bad . Manager and sales representative were very rude here . It's so disappointing how they speak to a person coming in who is happy to shop. They didn't have my shoe size in neither shoe and did not offer to even place any order online . She just simply replied with a rude response saying 6 or 7 . Which had me confused because I didn't ask for that , then I repeated my size and she said well I DONT HAVE IT. I simply left upset but how she responded and didn't have no care to help .

Very disappointed in service level received. I received a new ALDO laptop bag for Christmas. During my first work trip, using the bag, the strap broke. The stitching completely came undone. I stopped by this location for assistance only to find I would receive nothing. Although the bag clearly is labeled as being an Aldo bag and in new condition without a receipt they were "unable" (unwilling) to assist. I wasn't looking for cash back-I actually wanted to exchange for same or like product. No attempt was made to escalate for support through Customer Service and was told they didn't carry that bag. As a business traveler I find this experience to be less than acceptable.

Had a really bad experience here. I ordered a bag online and chose to pick up in store. It had quality issues. Went to this store to exchange after work but they didn't have any same product left. The sales lady was really unhappy when I said I wanted to return it. She went through the whole process with her funny serious face and kept asking me why I didn't return it to the store I picked up. I was polite all the time but she was rude and unhelpful and unreasonable. She even didn't give a greeting when I entered the store but was just staring at me. Would never recommend this place.
