Attended this place twice during the AIA Dussera Diwali celebration.
They have paid parking during events but getting a parking place available seems never a problem as it's huge inside.

The scottish games.We're a lot of fun .But the prices have gone through the roof. 25$ just to park.44 plus for a single ticket .8$ for a single glass of lemonade. 21 dollars for 2 slushy. Anything else starts at 8$ up 20 plus $ for a snack. The fair grounds are covered in wifi, but not a single one is open for the public. Even with all the ridiculously outrageous prices. The Scottish games we're a lot of fun.The events were showing up for the company was good. But the prices will drive you away.

A decent amount of security. A bit overpriced for all the foods for 626 Market but wasn't during this time (July 2024). There was enough portapotties and portable washrooms for everyone, but then again, I went only during the day. I think the space is a bit limited, but it's alright as we didn't spend the whole day there.

The fair has a lot more to offer than good corndogs, good games and rides and snake oil salesman.
It has amazing arts and crafts of our young Alameda county children, it has adults arts, it has wonderful collections to share and it’s worth a trip even if you’re not into the glitz.

I have been to the alameda fair every year now for 3 three years , it’s great ! Clean , safe , not over crowded. Friendly atmosphere, from Employees, law enforcement, carnival staff . I have had a wonderful experience so far. I hope to have many more .
