Never had any issues here. Go in semi often for my girlfriend and the staff are always very helpful. Don't be fooled by the karens who are the same type of people that don't understand how a return policy works.

Pretty bad experience. We came here for a exchange. They are unclear about exchange policy online and their policy in the store. The staff were rude. We called their website number and they said it depends on stores. How can such a large brand has different policy store to store?

absolute HORRIBLE customer service I would NEVER!!!! go back and shop with them. Very rude for no reason. Did not help me at all and tried to make me pay more for certain items. I recommend to not to shop there!!!!
