My service advisor Edward was wonderful. He was on top of all the work that needed to be done to my acura tlx that was stolen and found. He stayed in contact with my insurance and estimator and would relay all info to me immediately. He is a great employee at acura of pleasanton/dublin

We just purchased a third used car from Acura of Pleasanton, from the same outstanding customer service and very friendly representative, Helder Pereira! He is one of the best when it comes to customer service! Not only did he purchase lunch for me and my daughter, as we waited for the paperwork to go through, but he also picked up the car at my house in San Jose a couple days later to have the bumper painted. He left us a loaner car, then returned the newly painted car with both front and back bumpers painted, when originally was only going to be the front bumper. The car now looks brand new! He’s in Pleasanton if you want a great car customer service representative. Go see Helder at Acura of Pleasanton!

I want to give credit where credit is due and let me tell you that Acura Pleasanton is AWESOME! Both Mary Flinn (financing) and Igor Finkel served us as we purchased a vehicle from them. I had canceled the GAP insurance and was having a hard time trying to get that refund. Turned out that Hemet (where we purchased our trade in) dropped the ball and pushed me along not getting anywhere with locating who will sending me the refund. I sent Igor an email in my despair and he replied to me (on his day off) to let me know that he will let Mary know. Mary contacted me the next day and called Hemet and guess what??? They are going to send me my check! Thank you Mary and Igor for all of your help!

Disappointed with how AC works on 2023 MDX. Not as cold as other cars I owned or currently do own including older 2010 toyota, 06 Infiniti, and previous 2017 mdx. Was told by Acura AC works fine when it doesn’t. Love everything else about car but AC is a big deal.

The brake fluid replacement was done well and timely by the Pleasanton Acura dealer. A vehicle inspection report was included in the service.
