I’ve stayed at a lot places before for business and with my family this time this place did not disappoint. The staffs from the beginning to end were amazing. Jackie in the bar and breakfast area was a phenomenal service to my wife and kids. I will come back again for business and family travels. I wish I got all the staffs name but the young blonde hair lady that evening was so nice to us and the gentleman with the cool long hair in the morning was really pleasant as well. I booked the room for $135 dollars. These theives added $70 in hidden fees. That will be illegal come January 1 2024. Disgusting practice.

Caution, beware! This property is 200 feet from interstate 580. I was a late check-in and given a room facing the interstate. Overnight auditor agreed with me the room and property were unideal so had ready to-go ear-plugs and noise canceling devices, which tells me they are aware of the issue and too cheap to install the proper windows. It is unbelievable Marriott put their name on such a poorly executed project/property. I checked out after the first night. DO NOT stay here, 50% chance you'll have a room facing the interstate and then a 100% chance you will not sleep.

This hotel was pretty nice. Here is my experience:The lady who helped us up front was very nice and courteous. The rooms are very modern minimalist in their design. I liked most things about it other than the bathroom door and the toilet. The bathroom door is a heavy sliding glass door that sticks. It seems dangerous and like it could easily come off the tracks. The toilet has a square shape and it feels like you fall into the toilet when you sit down because of it's shape. Other than that, the design feels nice. It seemed fairly clean, other than the bathroom mirror (which had water spots all over the center of it).The bed felt comfortable, somewhere between soft and firm. The pillows seemed nicer than average. Everything in the room worked, however the bathroom light seemed to stick and was hard to turn on and off. It was a button, but pressing it sometimes would do nothing.The bar area is open to either 9 or 10pm. They seem to be a full bar. They also offer food till around 8:30pm. There is a snack bar with items for purchase, including alcohol as well.The pool looked beautiful, but we didn't try it out. Overall it was a nice experience and I'd recommend this place to others.

Stayed here for a wedding near by. Very nice and clean hotel. Free parking in the lot. Free water & ice station in the hallway on each floor. Small gym on 1st floor with some equipment to get some reps in. Breakfast buffet food was good, but kind of expensive. Would stay here again next time.

You get plenty bang for your Buck AC Marriott in Pleasanton. The $15.99 breakfast is all you can eat at a great price. Room service and the amenities are well worth the visit.

Hotel is located just off the highway next to a mall so food options are plenty. My room was clean and quiet. There is a pool and gym for those who want it.I wanted to check out the on-site restaurant/bar but decided against it on this trip due to cheaper options at the

Rooms are nice and contemporary. Rachel at the front desk was extremely helpful and customer service oriented. Would definitely recommend anyone to check out this hotel.

This hotel seemed to have nice rooms. The whole property gives you an upscale feel with some modern finishes and hard surface designs coming to sight right away. I only chilled in a room for a few while picking some people up, so there’s probably more to the rooms than I may know of.The hotel also has a bar that was somewhat fun. The bartender is always the star of the show, for me anyways. The seating was only traditional at the bar itself, with couches and other seating offering a more lounge-y experience for some.The location was great, central to everything you needed. Very close to restaurants.

They let us check in early and check out late; which we really appreciated.The staff was responsive and helpful.Quite a lot of road noise you can hear from some rooms and the pool.The pool is clean and well kept; but no pool bar or anything like that.Area around isn’t great—fine to stay here for a wedding
