Service and attitude are unfriendly and unhelpful. I hear them complaining about how business has been slow recently yet they won't do anything to make customers feel more welcomed. The hot food bar is disappointing and the BBQ items are well below par for the price they are charging. After a couple of recent bad experience I will never purchase their BBQ items again. Sadly this is what happens when there is no competition in the area and residents in the Tri-Valley get sub par products.

99Ranch Market in Pleasanton California basically a Chinese Origin departmental and Grocery shop where you get all your daily needs. Fresh Fruits, Fresh Vegetables, LIVE fishes varieties and Live crabs too. You also get fried ? ? items, refrigerated fish and prawns. Refrigerated fish and crabs are also available. Brought live fish, crabs and one Jackfruit also. Excellent store for your daily needs.
