Sharing my experience about Pleasanton location. My kids just started swimming lessons, being organized by third party (British swimming school). Water is rather cold, and there are no hair dryers in showers area. Just a suggestion: hair dryer is a basic and common thing to have and be available. You can either buy and install some or have them available for check in at the front desk.
Update: just got out of showers. Hair and paper everywhere on the floor. Broken drying clothes machine. Not good.
Update 29th of August: Lowering the stars to two. I got one bottle stealed.
After the class last night, I forgot two water bottles. Thought about goung back to pick them up but decided to wait for the morning. In the morning, I found only one bottle at the place I left the two. I checked with the front desk, they showed me lost and found bottles, mine was not there. It was a pretty and new bottle, I guess someone decided it is theirs......
Just to confirm it was another day with the same hair and paper in showers area. I understand, our class is at later time (6.30pm), which means cleaning does not happen continuously and maybe only in the morning.
Should be better.

Very Disappointing Experience with 24 Hour Fitness in Dublin
I recently moved from Cincinnati to Dublin and wanted to explore local gyms, so I signed up for the 3-day free guest pass at 24 Hour Fitness to check out the amenities. Everything seemed smooth—I even got through the check-in process at the kiosk without a problem. However, when I went to enter the gym, I was stopped by an employee who told me I couldn’t use the pass because I didn’t have valid proof of residence in Dublin.
Nowhere on the guest pass terms or on their website was it mentioned that you need to be a Dublin resident to use the pass. I found this incredibly frustrating, especially since the kiosk allowed me to check in! After some back and forth, she eventually said she’d make an exception and allow me in, but the whole experience left a bad taste.
This was a very unwelcoming and unprofessional way to treat someone who was genuinely interested in joining the gym. If this is how potential members are treated, I can’t imagine how current members are handled. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency and customer service.

Ok, so all the machines are not working properly. idk what's wrong, but let's say the cable machines feel different on every each of them (with the same weight). The leg pressed mashine has no oil in it, so pushing it with no weight, it will feel like you do like 225 lbs.And that's just a few things i can write an entire essay about all the stuff that dont work.So the only thing that work in this funny gym is dumbells. If you want to go to the good gym, go to the one in Livermore.

When I signed up for a month membership, I paid for the monthly fee. But later another charge came up of so called “ annual fee” which was not mentioned at all! When I dispute this , the customer service insists this was in the agreement which it’s a lie and I wasn’t not informed! The agent on the phone is also so rude and unprofessional! This 24 hour gym is so like a big scam !

Big gym. Has all you would need but is pretty dirty all the time. The sauna and steam rooms are gross. I started to go to the Livermore location because they take better care of it. Overall, positive experience. Just wish they focused on cleaning the gym more than the one guy they have doing it.

I used to live in the TriValley before moving to SoCal 4 years ago. I used to frequent this gym a lot. Im back in the Bay this week and have come back for a few times. This place has absolutely fallen off. Multiple pieces of equipment were broken. One of the Basketball backboards were missing and the rim was bent. I feel bad for the locals who have to put up with this.

This gym is great. They try to keep it clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Parking isn't great, and some machines need maintenance, but what gym doesn't have those same issues to deal with at this extremely affordable price point? I say kudos! And this is the best 24hr in at least a 10 mile radius! I have been going here for about a year and downgraded from a country club...a very wise decision in my opinion.

I'm here everyday and it's location is convenient but so much of the equipment is broken and has been for months literally there are 10 stairmasters and we are now down to 1 that is operational. Has been very consistent that the employee opening at 5 is late I have waited outside for 30 minutes before finally leaving this place needs improvement at this point I'm considering leaving

Horrible gym. My friend and I just moved to Pleasanton last week and were looking for a new gym to try out, and when we wanted to try out this gym for the day the manager attempted to charge us each $25 for the day (the membership is literally $25 monthly, he’s pocketing the money) when an employee let us know it would be 25 for the both of us, and we asked multiple times to make sure it was clear. After this we decided to sign up for the free 3 day pass so we can try it out and not have to pay $50 for about 2 hours of use, and after we signed up the manager still refused to let us in. After 2 days we got a call from the manager saying he’d allow us to come in for 2 days for $25 each, which is still horrible. After asking my new coworkers I was told this gym is horrible and I’m not missing out on much, makes sense with that Caillou looking manager running the place.

The staff here is scamming people. I canceled my membership and still got charged for a year. And no refund issued even after asking multiple times. They won’t help and keep lying. Scammers.

Do not even think about taking PT at this center. The PT credits will be expired without any explaination in 3 months. Your trainer will leave without any action for this. I am waiting to get my credit back more than 4 months, now. Every representitives and trainers are saying the credits will be back to my account, soon, so I can use the remains, they will talk to their manager, head quater,,, all excuses, and it still didn’t come back.

Parking is sparse. Men’s locker room is never clean. Large amounts of cardio and weight machines are broken for months at a time.
