the food is good, tastes like what wingstop normally tastes like but the service from the employees at this location are absolutely horrible. ordered online and still took 20 min when i got there. also missed 10 of our wings. tried to ask the guy at the front for help and he looked at us and didn’t say anything and looked away.

I ordered ahead at 1 pm for it to be ready at 1:45 pm, showed up at 1:38 got my order at 1:50. There were 5 others waiting for an order in the lobby. Id say it’s Understaffed , two middle eastern men working the busy Saturday shift were polite and trying their best . The dining area was dirty , the bathroom wasn’t stocked and dirty , the food was consistent as it is at all locations.

Genuinely the worst customer service experience around. Just zero effort or thought put into the customer experience it’s a shameful way to do business. Customer service at Taco Bell is at least 6x better.

Food takes way too long to prepare. Other Wingstops don't take 45min for an order of two meals. Get your act together, definitely won't be coming back to this location.

I put an online order wait for the time they told me I'll be ready. They had me wait a total of 1 hour while they were just hanging around and sipping the Starbucks coffee and still messed up my order. They tried to blame everything on a lady working by herself while the other ones were just standing. If I cut put zero star I would have.

40 min wait. No straws, no napkins, no toilet tissue in the restroom but they put one roll at the rack where paper towels for hands should be. They offered me a free drink if I leave a good review but no I don’t need it. Never back. That was a bad idea to spend time in place where people don’t respect customers.

Ordered take out and an order of fries was missing. Went back and the guy at register spoke the most broken English I've ever heard. I tried to explain I was missing fries and he did not understand so he ended up getting his manager. I eventually got My fries and left. I don't know why they would put someone up front who has trouble speaking English.

How do they not have the ability to serve online orders separately from dine-in orders. The idea that they are so far behind every other restaurant in the country right now is ridiculous. Fire their entire management team.

Came on a Monday just before 2pm. It took about 45 minutes for 4 meals. Shortly afterward, the server went down. When we first arrived, there were 3 people on shift, but by the time we got our food, the cashier was by himself cooking it. Atomic wings were very good, but I wish I had gotten 2 servings of blue cheese. Single bathroom required code from staff. Service and upkeep require attention, but food is good.

Esmeralda’s customer service alone was the review . After a long day she never hesitated to provide exceptional, kind, customer service! This is always appreciated in todays service culture.
