Long line and only 2 tellers, + 1 Customer Service rep on the outside... I guess these are frequent complaints of banks these days, and a tactic for banks to "discourage" people from actually walking into the bank for teller transactions. The teller who I interacted with was friendly and helpful though. Transaction was smooth.

The Wells Fargo Branch on Contra Costa Blvd is a disaster. Tellers dont seem to care if a customer engages them in a long conversation and don't watch the long line accumulating. On top of that, before there were 2 tellers, now there is only one, (went to lunch) I am appalled and will change my bank. I have been unhappy with this branch for a long time and will finally do it!!

Very bad customer service, the teller yawned on my face and was like in no mood to help me cash my check, then I took the check from her , at that point she immediately started saying oh I can get approval, after giving me the answer she can't cash my check first and got into the line to get help from other teller , she gossiped about me not wanting to cash my check even though she said she can get approval, and yawned on my face rude that was after the fact when I took my check back from her , the other teller knows I am the regular customer, tried to make that rude teller look good by blaming it on the system, that the system wasn't allowing her to cash my regular check they played tricks and games with me for not cashing my check smoothly, they need professionals and friendly tellers not gaming and covering up tellers as well the No of tellers compared to the longest lines they have is like Walmart, please this is 2023 get some pace or loose your customers.

I have an appointment in this branch I came 10 min before my appointment time, A lady said someone will be with you shortly, now 15 min passed from the actual appointment time still waiting

Why is it that every time I go into a Wells Fargo, the lines are ridiculously long!!!!! The tellers take forever for one transaction, seems like 10-15 mins for each person. Soooooooo unhappy with this bank.

Worst experience among all banks. They were slow, they were unprofessional and rude. They forgot to give back your ID with leaving it under the scanner. After all of these, they mailed a simple letter notifying your application was rejected. Perfect.

They are always understaff, especially when It comes to the tellers, so often there is a line! But, I had an interaction with Luz pool, who completely misguided me about the rules and regulations with my credit card! If an employee is not aware of certain information they should inform the customer rather than provide them with false information! I hope leaders of this branch take a note of that and do something about it! ***p.s. I know they are going to reply to my comment saying please contact us via this number. EVERYBODY KNOWS THATS NOT WORKING AND IF THE MANGER REALLY WANTS TO TAKE ACTIONS TOWARDS SUCH MATTERs, TAKE ACTIONS TOWARDS EDUCATING YOUR EMPLOYEE RATHER THAN SOUND LIKE YOU CARE!

Wells Fargo very unsafe to the customerSomeone deposit check to my account but they gave to her my account balance and available balance even told to her this deposit should hold 10 days because this customer made overdraft last six month... etc It’s unfairWells Fargo has to learn from Chase bankChase if someone deposit to someone they make only deposit amount receipt but Wells Fargo not it’s so bad for meThey shouldn’t do that.I’m gonna add pictures on their web site you guys can see that Damm it for Wells Fargo

The line did this place was literally around the building. I finally get inside. They have 7 teller window, but only two open. There are 50 people in line! Get some more tellers!

This is for Luz Pool. Awesome lady. Closing on house. Bitchy teller tells me I have to make an appointment to wire my money. House signing in one hour. Hell no. I used the app previously but they only allow a certain dollar amount after first wire which was my initial deposit. No one told me I had to make an appointment. Imagine can't get my money out to close a house. Bitchy teller says I can get on the schedule in 2 weeks. Your high mamma. Anyway, walked up to Luz Pool...said I need help. She stepped up to the plate. On point, professional! Meantime bitchy teller made a call and did nothing to help. Didn't give 2 shits. Was more interested in telling me to lift my mask (hey...f...u) behind six inch bulletproof glass. Maybe she was worried the COVID would get her by magically penetrating this war shield and slip behind a gap in her mask hiding her eternal sour puss. Happened on 6/2/21 around 11am if management wants to watch bitchy teller in action. Promote Luz Pool and fire the other joker. House closed! Out of homeless garbage infested Bay Area. Thanks Luz. I owe you one.

Never have a good time at Wells Fargo but thats not because of the service its due to mismanagement and shady business practices but rest assured the accountants at this location will do what they can to assist you within the limits of the management but this is a refreshing location to come to if you need to escape your local branch.

Not against the location versus the Bank in General!!! So the PPP program was put in place to assist the Small business community. I am a small business owner who banks with WF, wanted to apply for a PPP loan but due to some business they got caught in they have decided to suspend ANY further involvement with this program. The program started Friday and suspended any further applications two days later on a Sunday??? WTF?!? in order to apply for any of these programs you have to be a member of that particular bank. Talk about bureaucratic BS!!!
