This is the best Walgreens in east bay, the staff are super caring and nice in the pharmacy, always informative and caring.They not only tell you about the medicine but additional information that help you understand connection of the medicine with your sickness.

This marks my last time shopping at walgreens.I came to return a bottle of shampoo I bought by mistake. The product was unopened and new.However, I was asked to present my driver's license 3 times, and typed in my phone number 2 times, waited for manager to come and approve the transaction. Took a long time and very annoying, and I'm worried about my personal information being stolen.Horrible Walgreens won't ever shop here again

May be that the store would get a 3, however, the older large female cashier who resembles the lead singer of Twisted Sister has to be the most rude and unfriendly person I've ever encountered in customer service. This store is super close to me so we were frequent customers for the basics. However, after the third visit in a row where this lady was beyond rude, I'll never be back. This store already has horrible staffing but the people have always been nice. Not sure if this lady is mistaking me for someone else but she killed my business there. I don't mind spending a little more to get better service elsewhere. If I see Twisted Sister back on tour, I may stop back in hoping she's on the road. Until then, F this place.

The absolute worse customer service experience in the photo department. The woman I dealt with was beyond unprofessional that I was left speechless. It's very unfortunate as it's stuff likes this that makes me happy to support Amazon.

Horrible customer service in the photo department. Was calling to check up on an order and the photo clerk was very rude to me. I am understanding and have low expectations about estimated processing times during the holidays so was not upset at all the order had not been completed yet. Was simply trying to check the status of the order and possibly make some changes. I was met with impatience and rudeness. It was an unfortunate interaction. I will not be returning.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been too. There are a lot of poorly ran pharmacies but this one takes the cake. Between the horrible customer service and the weekend pharmacist calling out every weekend.. I'm switching to CVS!!!! Never again will I return!!!!

This is by far the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever used. I hate to write bad reviews but something has got to change with this pharmacy. There is always an issue, always a line, always a "screw up." Their words not mine.

Prescription was sent to the pharmacy on Wednesday afternoon, and was still showing "in progress" by closing time Thursday! Called Friday morning, was told it would be ready in an hour. STILL "in progress" by closing on Friday. Called Saturday morning and it was finally ready an hour later. Requested delivery, received message that it would be delivered Saturday by 3pm. Never showed up. Called back after 3pm, was on hold with "more than 3 people" ahead of me, slowly going down to "1 person ahead of you" for 35 minutes. Then the hold message (that aggravatingly repeats EVERY 15 SECONDS) finally stopped telling me there was anyone ahead of me. CONTINUED TO BE ON HOLD FOR ANOTHER HOUR AND A HALF BEFORE IT DISCONNECTED THE CALL! And this is the second time I've had this sort of issue with this pharmacy. Avoid this place like the plague. It's got to be one of the most poorly managed stores in the entire East Bay. I've almost never gotten through to the pharmacy via phone in less than 20 minutes. Horrible hold times, horrible customer service. Just absolute garbage. I'll be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere after repeated experiences like this.

Booked apt for flu shot . Got there and was an 45 minute wait when apt was booked. It's not only your time that mattered Walgreens. An appointment means an appointment.

The associate no greeting to customer and only say hi to his co worker that walk behind me and not even offer any help, he was behind me during his work while I was looking for my purchase. I don't know his name he is Asian. I heard he talked to his co worker he never worked Sunday morning. he has time to talk to his co worker and not helpful and no customer service, a lot of items out of stock in the supplement.

Went there for COVID booster shot, waited for 45 minutes and didn't even get to the counter. Terribly understaffed, only 1 lady was working at the pharmacy and she was practically begging on the phone (presumably to the manager?) to get her some help. I didn't see a single nurse there, even though there were others also waiting for vaccination (much longer than I have). I left because it seemed so unprofessional I did not feel comfortable getting a shot there. They didn't seem to be prepared for vaccination appointments, at all.

Danielle the pharmacy tech is the worst. I came in a few times the past two weeks because my family and I got sick and we needed to pick up some meds from here. It was my first time picking up from here, so they didn't have my information on file. That's fine, so I made sure to bring my health insurance info- group #, ID #, along with my license, etc., She threw this hissy fit at me because rather than bring in my physical card, I logged into my healthcare's website on my phone and pulled up my digital card. She kept saying she needed to see my physical card, and I asked why. I asked her what information would be so drastically different on the physical card versus online, and she kept snapping at me that she would only accept the physical copy. I understand that the days I happened to go to Walgreens, they were pretty packed. We waited maybe 40 minutes for two people in front of us, which was fine. When we were up at the counter and were asking what difference a physical and digital card made, Danielle suddenly made this announcement, "Everyone, I just wanted to thank you all and say I appreciate your patience while dealing with people today." It was completely out of left field and incredibly rude. The only reason I came here is because the pharmacy I usually go to was out of the meds we needed and they said this was the closest alternative to where I live. I could not recommend this place any less.

I always have an amazing experience here. The staff is always polite and welcoming. Today in particular, Mohammad helped us at the photos counter, and his service was exceptional. I had ordered photos to be printed and bought some gum, Mohammad automatically scanned a coupon for us, that saved us $$. It was just such a nice gesture on his part, that I wanted to write this review for him. He was also very kind to my daughters, which I really appreciate!
