Just went to this Walgreens pharmacy for the first time after the CVS near my house closed. I had a fantastic experience. Plenty of staff willing to help out, detailed instructions that were clear and thorough. (It was a medication we weren’t familiar with). Plus, they’re open until 9pm! This was the complete opposite of my experience at other pharmacies until I started sending my family’s prescriptions here. I’m not sure why the other reviews have been subpar, but I had a really great experience and wanted to share.

Unless I am physically there or wait on hold to ask to have my prescription filled, it can easily be 24 hours before it's ready.

I previously had positive experiences at this Walgreens - unfortunately, the last three times I called them they had me on hold for between 25-30 minutes and then hung up on me. Additionally, they kept my prescription for a very common medicine "in process" for several days - I couldn't call without getting hung up on, and a nearby CVS could not get them on the phone to confirm the transfer of the prescription so that I could fill it elsewhere. I finally went down in person and they provided me the medicine in 30 minutes. If they'd just answered the phone and provided the most minimum amount of customer service, the issue could have been resolved without me having to wait for an hour on the phone and then have to drive down and wait in person. Now I have another issue with a separate prescription and once again today I waited on the phone for 30 minutes before being hung up on. I kept thinking that because the total number of "callers ahead of me" was changing while I was on hold that they were actually going to answer this times, however, I'm now assuming that those callers ahead of me were probably hung up on as well.
I also want to note that I'm an able-bodied person who has flexible working hours so this isn't the worst situation for me. However, if someone were elderly or had a physical disability that made going all the way down to the store to ask a question difficult, I cannot imagine how frustrating it would be to be kept on hold for a long time and then repeatedly hung up.
Finally, given how critical people's medication is, it is absolutely insane that someone could call repeatedly and not be able to reach a pharmacist. Completely unacceptable.

Be prepared to wait an hour every time you need to pick up prescriptions.

Insane wait times for the pharmacy during regular hours, at 11am. Only one tech working, seems very inexperienced, line is 6+ person. This is my regular pharmacy and I’ve never had a wait less than 20 minutes. Even more frustratingly, you’ll get a notification that your prescription is ready for pickup before it actually is. Insane levels of unnecessary, slow service.

Employee named Natalie helped my friend with some makeup and was unbelievably helpful and friendly. Amazing customer service.This Walgreens is clean and always well stocked.

May be that the store would get a 3, however, the older large female cashier who resembles the lead singer of Twisted Sister has to be the most rude and unfriendly person I've ever encountered in customer service. This store is super close to me so we were frequent customers for the basics. However, after the third visit in a row where this lady was beyond rude, I'll never be back. This store already has horrible staffing but the people have always been nice. Not sure if this lady is mistaking me for someone else but she killed my business there. I don't mind spending a little more to get better service elsewhere. If I see Twisted Sister back on tour, I may stop back in hoping she's on the road. Until then, F this place.

The absolute worse customer service experience in the photo department. The woman I dealt with was beyond unprofessional that I was left speechless. It's very unfortunate as it's stuff likes this that makes me happy to support Amazon.

Dr. Yang (the pharmacist) goes out of his way to help people get in and out fast. I even saw him run across the store to help a customer find some over-the-counter medication!He explained a new, inhaled medication to me very thoroughly and simply so I can take it correctly!I'm so fortunate my local pharmacist is amazing!!

Horrible customer service in the photo department. Was calling to check up on an order and the photo clerk was very rude to me. I am understanding and have low expectations about estimated processing times during the holidays so was not upset at all the order had not been completed yet. Was simply trying to check the status of the order and possibly make some changes. I was met with impatience and rudeness. It was an unfortunate interaction. I will not be returning.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been too. There are a lot of poorly ran pharmacies but this one takes the cake. Between the horrible customer service and the weekend pharmacist calling out every weekend.. I'm switching to CVS!!!! Never again will I return!!!!

This is by far the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever used. I hate to write bad reviews but something has got to change with this pharmacy. There is always an issue, always a line, always a "screw up." Their words not mine.
