Went there two months ago to get a line disconnected. I was told the disconnection was successful; I have paid twice for it. When I went there today, I was told they don't accept walk-ins. The next appointment was in 8 days.When I went there two months ago, the associate, who helped me said she tries to be slow on purpose solely - "I dont work with integrity..."..because "my manager is not a good person".This place sucks.

Made two separate appointments for the Pleasant Hill (Crescent Dr.) store via Verizon web site. Both appointments were cancelled by the store on the day of the appointment -- no explanation, simply a text message notification.

Recently had a problem with Verizon crediting me for the phone I traded in on July 2nd which was sent UPS in the box provided by Verizon, using their label with an email acknowledgement from Verizon the next morning that the phone had been picked up. Long story short, they never got it and never credited my account. Vanessa, who sold me the phone, was the only person able to break through the corporate paperwork and solve the problem. Her professional, sincere effort, going beyond any expectation and seeing it through to the finish solved my problem. Can't thank her enough! Highly recommend you ask for her!

Today will be the 4th trip to correct your people's failures. Your clueless staff ran my card 8 times for a return of course it never completed now on my Sunday I have to return. I will be seeking legal action for lost wages, data and travel. I lost access to all accounts and ported # thanks to verizon

Absolutely awful experience here. We came on a Monday morning and it was moderately busy. About four people were already waiting when we came in. NO employee greeted us or asked us to check in. About 15 minutes of waiting while employees actively ignored us we left. DO NOT COME HERE!

Our Verizon phone service has never been good in Concord CA, but lately it is almost worse than having no service at all. Virtually every call is distorted, unintelligible and ends with loss of service and disconnection.

Went in today for a shipping label I have lost. Waited over 30 min for a simple task that can be easily done in 5 min. They guy who was checking people in at the store was very rude and went on to help customers that came to the store way after me when he could have helped me with what I needed. It’s unprofessional to me when I waited so long but people came after me was helped first.

I would say "Worse customer service EVER" but I received no customer service. Phone died on 6/23. Went to Verizon store in GA and they replaced the sim card. 2 days later when I'm in Mexico phone stopped working again. Upon return went to the Pleasant Hill, CA store and was greeted by the manager, Eli. I told him the situation and he said the wait is 1 hour. I waited with my 29 year old daughter. After 1 hour 15 minutes a spanish speaking representative called our name. She looked up my account on her computer and told me "account was suspended because you exchanged you sim card in Mexico". I told her that was not true and gave her the address and phone# where the sim card was replaced. She told me she couldn't help me because the fraud department was closed. I told her I would then need a loaner phone (she refused and called over the manager). Manager told me the exact same thing...."fraud and customer service departments are closed. Nothing else we can do for you". They both walked off and started helping other people. Meanwhile, my daughter has the fraud department on the phone (they're open - WOW). Within 30 minutes my phone was reactived and then I was transferred directly to a customer support representative (they were open too - imagine that). Support was able to reinstate my insurance that had been accidently removed when I added my daughter to the account. The manager here is Eli. He and the spanish speaking woman are lazy and worthless. Do NOT use this store. Go to Walnut Creek, CA. I've contacted upper management at Verizon requesting these people be fired or at the very least demoted with a letter placed in their personnel folders. I also requested a written apology from both Eli and the spanish speaking representative. WORST "NON" SERVICE EVER

We went to the Verizon here at Pleasant Hill, CA. We've been customers for many years. I feel they are 'Covid complacent'. Got greeted at the door by, 'Do you have an appt?! If not, you can have 15 min. to talk to so and so'! He was helpful, but we were told at the store it's basically set up to help customers get phones, etc. We've never seen this! We ended up going to Best Buy, and asking the Geek Squad for help. We've ALWAYS gotten great, helpful service at Verizon. We won't go back to this store. Thanks!

This is quite possibly the worst Verizon experience I’ve ever had. I met with the solutions manager and “customer service” representative. The customer service representative informed me when I went to pick up my phone that the manager would have to fill out a promo escalation form and that she would call me to come back when he was in. She called me and I drove 15 min back to the store with the assumption they were going to be able to do their job.The solutions manager met me at the door, was confrontational from the beginning, and had absolutely no interpersonal skills; I have no idea how he is in that position. Verizon customer service instructed me to go into the store for them to apply a promotion on the order. He didn’t even try to help but instead responded “AND I’m telling you that you need to call them.” This is the type of experience that loses loyal customers of over 20 years. He was the rudest, disengaged employee I’ve ever dealt with.

Had an appointment to come back to verizon. The store is closed with zero explanation on the door. No call or tex saying appointment canceled. Numerous people came and left witb same issue. Crazy guess just stay with at&t after wasting my time to come over here.
