I used to like this branch, but they have really fallen with the likes of Tammy (gives conflicting information and is either dishonest, absent competence for working for the USPS for so long, or both), and the female of Asian descent who was working that day with her - absolutely no knowledge of the topic at hand. Neither of these knows the ins and outs/ramifications of Certified Mailings, and that you ARE entitle to a refund when the postal employees do not handle your certified mail properly. These two try to harangue you, along with Ray at their Concord office.

They lost a package I had mailed out through here. Which by itself wouldn't be an issue—it happens—but they have done nothing to try and find it. They refused to help me in person, and when I filed a ticket through the proper channels, they flat-out ignored it for a month until I had no choice but to file an insurance claim.I'm never mailing anything out through here again. I'd just as soon drive the extra 15 minutes to the Concord branch.

I didn't catch the name of the staff member who assisted me today, but she was amazing! Very friendly, patient, and made the mailing process super smooth. There was a long line but it moved quickly. Nicest service I've ever had at a postal office.

LOVE this post office! Staff are friendly, helpful and super efficient here. There is often a short line here but the line moves quickly. And the staff are all really nice and helpful. Thanks i!!

Terrible phone support I called once and someone answered but didn’t give me their name or any type of introduction, just told me “I’m with a customer right now give me a moment”. After that I waited on the phone for 15 minutes waiting for this person to pick up after they are done with their customer. After 15 mins I assumed it glitched or something so I ended the call and called back but after calling 6 times they just let it ring until it just hung up. Terrible phone support they need training on how to answer the phone or something. I only have a simple question that will take 30seconds of workers time.

Walked in at 4pm and asked about their priority and was told I missed the drop-off time for it to ship out that day. According to the USPS, you have until closing time for anything to be shipped that day.

If you're coming on a Saturday, be aware that they do close a bit early. I stopped by at 1:30 PM, which was exactly 30 minutes before closing time. There were four people in line in front of me and the line went extremely fast. One cool thing that I noted was there was a customer who spoke Arabic and the representative from USPS pulled out her phone and got Google translate going and was able to ask her the questions that she needed to help her. Great customer service. Excellent location. It's very small but service is always friendly and quick.They also sell gift cards here in many different denominations. Including visa gift cards.

This United States Postal Service store is currently one of the best in the area. Never had a single issue with anything there! Staff members that are friendly and have positive attitudes. Not like the majority of USPS facilities at all. Most of the time, there is not much of a wait, and it is important not to let the attitudes of some of the area's customers affect you. The USPS staff who assisted me were, without a doubt, some of the most helpful and diligent people I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. The line can grow quite long, but this is a very popular area of the city (near downtown). While I wait in line, I can see that they are working as quickly as they possibly can. To tell you the truth, the location is somewhat modest, but they do provide a wide variety of greeting cards, boxes, and other shipping goods.
