Store kinda cringe cx only a handful of employees that seem to be the ones actually working while the rest just standing around talking so it takes ages to get a return done

Rarely shop this Target. The parking lot is always too congested as is the store. I went this afternoon and waited behind about 6 patrons at the self checkout. No thanks. I end up using their Berkeley locations way more. Why? Easy in and out. No waiting. Get in and get out.

Horrible service, I change my mind on one item and asked blonde female employee to void it. She had so much attitude, and she kept asking me which item on the screen to point for her, when she had the item in her hand. Can't you read, helloooo. I point it out to her and said which one, she was keep asking which one lol. Target stop hiring stupid teenagers who don't know the difference between their head and their ass. I was so annoyed it took a lot not to punch that idiot.

Katrin needs to be fired. My experience at this target was unbelievable me and my friends came in to buy a pair of shorts and some other other things when Katrin helped us at the register she was very rude for no reason I don't know what her deal is but she should not talk to customers the way she does. Very disappointed

Super busy on a Saturday! Imagine that. Specifically sparsely stocked men's department. Good luck finding what you want. I had the pleasure of visiting the bathroom. Indeed, it's not an adventure I recommend. It doesn't seem to be serviced as much as it should with all the traffic this store receives. The cashierer lines are immense and long. I almost walked out at the age sight of it. There are not enough cashiers. Unfortunately, it is a story as old as time.

Lidia and Brayden (i think that's how you spell it), were both very helpful ! Both work in the returns/exchanges department. I had to return a vaccuum that was broken and they were super understanding and helpful :)

I cant with Target. As the years have gone on I avoid coming here at all costs. Unfortunately my daughter makes me come here because of the make up and skin care selection. I will say that thankfully they don't have everything on lock down like they do at Walmart. Which is nice but will probably start being locked up, thanks to the amount of a**holes that walk our planet and steal from corporate giants who, in reality, don't care about me or you or their employees. The parking lot is the worst thing happening in Contra Costa County. Don't even get me started on the intersection that leads into the parking lot. Some of the worst traffic in the county. You can thank Cal Trans for that. (That should be a whole separate review.) I really hate coming here. Just avoid.

I actually don't mind and understand why items are locked. What I do mind is the attitude of the employees. Like we need to worship them like God to get a bottle of vitamins. I was so turned off the third time I was there, I just got the bottle and left it on a different shelf. Also not the store's fault really, but be ware of drivers going the wrong way in parking lot. Parking is bad.
