I had these guys construct me a monstrosity of a cover for a large 130 year old antique cabinet. Jesse was the one who helped me, awesome customer service and he knew his stuff! He called me to give me an eta, then they called me on that day to tell me it was done! I picked up the piece today and the lady who took my payment was funny and friendly! The piece it fit perfectly over my cabinet! They did a great job on the dimensions. There was a little hiccup with some scratches, but the boss took care of me, very kindly and professionally. These guys really went the extra mile to make my custom piece. So it's all good in the hood and IThanks, Tap Plastics!

We have been looking for a solution for mounting trail marker stickers and when I went into Tap Plastics the staff was so friendly and helpful. They suggested a very affordable option and custom cut the 3x3 squares we needed. The 100 cut squares were completed in the same afternoon. I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff was.

I needed Three shelves for a curio cabinet for my mom. The glass shop wanted $40 per panel and it would take three days to fulfill the order. Tap Plastic charged less than $40 for all three Acrylic shelves and got them cut in less than 5 minutes while I waited. Customer service was spot on. Very helpful to understand my needs and suggest the right product and thickness for the installation. Mom was so thrilled when we placed the shelves into the cabinet. I've used this Concord, Ca location a few times and they always were spot on....

Some of the nicest humans I've interacted with. Kira and the entire team are incredibly helpful and exceptionally kind. Having frequented Tap in Pleasant Hill almost every week for over a year, I can attest to the consistently warm greeting and eagerness to assist every time I step through the door. I wish I could add another star!

From the moment I called Tap Plastics, Jesse was amazing to work with and coordinate my project details with. This company is as transparent as the custom acrylic panels I ordered from them! They consisted of complex angles, and a plethora of holes that needed to be spot-on precise. Ben, I'm sure with some help from Kira int he fab shop, meticulously worked a masterpiece of all 5 panels. i couldn't be more satisfied with the product, except they were able to knock it out in less than half the original time quoted!Hands down, best name is plastics. While I was there, I noticed they have tons of customs capabilities, and all the products you could ever need. Thank you guys!-Rob's Odd Jobs

I have been shopping here for over 20 years, I think theres new management, There are no prices on inventory now, and also they have seriously raised prices on items I need to run my business. now I have to shop online elsewhere, I used to like supporting this small business but I am forced to shop elsewhere now.

When another location wasn't able to cut some plexiglass in a tight turnaround, Hannah at this location was! When things didn't go as quickly as she hoped, and we had other time sensitive errands to run, Hannah completed the job and called to arrange an after hours pickup from a hidden outdoor spot at our convenience. This allowed us to get our window installed in our door before our painter started the next morning. That's customer service!

Turned down a 70 year old who needed help cutting a 7ft piece of plastic after they sold the piece and recommended it be longer than ordered.

My Husband & I just drove 45 mins to Tap Plastics on Contra Costa Blvd. in Concord, Calif. I was gonna have someone measure & cut some Plexy glass for me. The young man kindly called a lady from the back where she was working, I knew from her Facial expressions, she definitely was not a good mood. She was very short with us, quoted a price & walked away. I understand people are overwhelmed, stressed, teaching someone or just not feeling well, if u can ask for help (if there's help) ask.... Take 15 mins to just chill. Take a breather. I chose not to have the Plexy glass cut. We drove back home.

Krystal at Tap plastics helped get a couple clean award cases that we needed. Both times she got it done in less time than promised. Highly recommended.
