Completely taken for a ride by the associate that helped me. Found out that I was signed-up for a plan I didn't want or need (used a "Promotion" to hide the significantly higher plan, which we caught a couple months later). Sleazy sales tactics, from what I can gather. Luckily over the phone support was able to rectify the issue. Call instead of going into the stores, if you are able to!

The store offers the T-Mobile special. The good old bait and switch. You call over the phone and ask him if they have his phone in stock. They tell you yes. You get there only to be informed that they don't have the phone. And then try to upsell you.

I have been waiting for 40 minutes with no one advising myself and the other masses of customers of expected wait time. They refuse to make eye contact or be friendly.

Huy was excellent in helping us order our new phone. This is the first time we were helped by someone knowledgeable. In Walnut Creek on oak grove which is closed now had terrible staff with out any knowledge. They had messed up our account. I am happy you closed it.

Waited an hour to be helped before just leaving. Half the staff is trainees who can't do more than just taking bill payment. Thought going into the store would save me time, would've been better just to call the call center.

I was returning 2 things. A smart phone and a 5G router after talking to customer service for over an hour. They told me to drop the items off at the nearest store. I went to the T-Mobile store in Pleasant Hill on Gregory Lane. The customer service person told me that the items were not returnable because it had been over 14 days since purchase. I said that I know that and that customer service told me that I could drop it off at the store. He got his manager. She told me the same thing and responded that customer service was absolutely wrong. I then asked her if I could call customer service while I was in the store to clear this up. She said no. That wouldn't help. This was at 4:40 pm on Sunday and she seemed like she was walking out the door with her stuff. The store is supposed to be open until 5 pm. Hmmmm .... Then I called T-Mobile customer service while driving home. I explained that I tried to return items at the store and they wouldn't help me. The nice customer service rep Anthony, at the call center said that the next time this happens, to stay at the store and call customer service to fix the issues. I was so upset by this!! The customer rep said exactly what I asked the manager to do. The store manager just didn't want to be interrupted from going home I guess. What happened to good good customer service?

Someone came to help me as soon as I walked in the door. I had to wait a minute for an associate and the man who came was very personable, informative, and helpful. he was not pushy at all and seemed to genuinely want to help me. 10 out of 10.

This was the worst experience I've had at a T-Mobile store or any phone store for that matter. First, the store received my warranty phone replacement and did not call to let me know that the phone had arrived. I called after almost a week to check in myself, and was told that the phone had arrived. I went to the store to pick up my phone, and spoke with a person named Chris. Chris was extremely condescending, disrespectful, rude. He told me he cannot help me back up my phone, and refused to help me with transferring of information because he couldn't guarantee the transfer will work. So, I was forced to sit at T-Mobile for two and a half hours figuring out for myself how to transfer the data from my old phone to the new phone while Chris did not check on me to see if I needed any help. Chris also did not allow for me to take my phone home so my husband can help me with the data transfer. So I sat trapped in the store, figuring out how to do my own back and data transfer, while he continued to help other people and ignore me. He even left at the end of his shift, saw me sitting there and did not tell me that he was done for the day, or checked on me to see how I was doing. Most of the store employees are new, if you do need to go to the store, talk to McKinley, Carlos or Huy, they were the most kind, helpful and knowledgeable members there. At the very end, I did speak with the manager Carlos, and explained how Chris treated me. He was apologetic, and gave me his card in case of any other questions. I am hoping that Chris receives some coaching, training and also attitude adjustment if he is to continue at that store. No customer should be treated the way I was treated by Chris yesterday!

I'm having a very disappointing experience right now in the store , few days ago I walked in to open a new line with a phone, the 5 fth one , I was proposed a free galaxy watch 4 with all my lanes with only taxes to pay , so I was going for 4 watches , they Saud come back later for 2 cause there is only 2 in stock, after paying the 2 first it appeared that you pay 35 activation per watch , later on my wife went to take the 2 others and was told that there is a 10$ monthly fee on each watch . So we decided to return them as we only wanted 2 , Today I walked in to return them, Chris told me that there is a 40$ restocking fee per watch witch is more than the watch itself as it costed 35 per watch. First this is a scam as nobody informed us about any ongoing restocking fee , we were even told that there is a 30 days return window so you can buy without worrying. Second when I asked about the manager I was told that she is coming, but it's 1 hour and I'm currently still waiting.Edit:I finally spoke with the manager and she was able to provide me with a perfect assistance, I also want to mention that Chris didn't do anything wrong, he was very professional and respectful and explained to me that he can't resolve the issue until the manager arrives . Changing my rating to 5 stars but still thinking that we should be disclosed with all the information needed in any sales including the restocking fees and other fees.

The store smells like 5 gamer dudes that haven’t token a shower for 5 days straight and just played video games I could barely even breathe and left the store immediately
