I feel so fortunate to have called them this morning. They had a 4:30 cancellation today so I was to able to get my cat in! Dr. Sharma and Grace were so wonderful with my pet and me. Fifi has two infections. They started her on antibiotics. I am new to the area and just found my new vet!

Been bringing my cat here since she was 12 weeks for check ups, spays, and everything. Overall it's a really great office. The staff is always nice and cheerful. I can usually get an appointment quickly, too which is good for my schedule. And they are not too pushy with tests or extras during appointments.

Sunvalley Pet Hospital has some of the nicest and caring doctors I have met. Although my pet wasn't treated there, I used their cremation services after my cat died. They were very helpful and sympathetic, much more than most vets I've met. Prices were reasonable and they explained the billing up front. They included a nice card with sympathies with the remains and the process was very easy. I would highly recommend them.

This review is for Dr Sharma, the vet assistants, and the front desk. Our 15 year old labradoodle developed a huge mass on his ear, and out of concern for his ability to undergo major surgery, we let it go longer than we should've before doing surgery. Dr. Sharma was understanding and compassionate and took a lot of time with us answering questions and concerns about doing the surgery. When we knew it was inevitable, and that our dog would likely lose his ear, which we were fine with, he was gentle and comforting that he would do his best. Dr Sharma left us with no doubt about the surgery- we only had fear for our dog and anesthesia at his age, as well as for his pain and suffering. Not only did our dog do great with the surgery, Dr Sharma was able to do an amazing job saving his ear. I still can't believe it! When his hair grows out, we won't even be able to tell he had surgery! Dr Sharma exceeded our expectations in every way, and clearly takes great pride in his ability as a surgeon. He even removed another little growth and the price was fair and came in under the estimate. Don't hesitate to use this practice, we've never had a vet as great as Dr. Sharma. Forever grateful!

This place will try to take your money please stay away from this scammers. After been our regular veterinarian for about four years. My dog had an incident with a embedded foxtail in one of his paws they went on to tell me that my dog needed to be under anesthesia with a catheter and medication to bring him back from sleep, bandages for about $90 a fee for monitoring my dog wile he was under this procedure for a total cost of over $1500. They almost got me; shameless thieves. I walked in into another veterinarian, to get a second opinion our visit there took 20 minutes… for $250 no anesthesia no catheter no stitches… no sketchy treatment… Sun Valley Animal Hospital only wants your money please stay away from this thieves

Poor communication, delayed treatment of my senior dog because the doctor was out for a week and no one else could answer my inquiries. (There was another doctor in)

They are absolutely lovely. I had such a great experience each time I take my dog here. They are super friendly, very communicative, and they take great care of my dog. They are also way less expensive than my vet in San Francisco. I highly recommend. The facilities are not fancy - but the staff and service is top notch!

I have been bringing all of my dogs here for many years now. I Love this Place because #1 they care for your pets, and they also care about you the customer.
The best thing I like about Sun Valley Animal Hospital is the Prices are fair. They don't try to take advantage of people's emergency situations and care for their pets to try to Charge more.
They understand when folks need to take care of their pets health needs as well as they try to find the beat balance of the beat treatment for your pet and try to keep it the most cost effective solutions. Not always can these 2 important areas workout together. Because sometimes the injury or health problems might only have an expensive treatment depending on the health care need.
But they do always try to keep your cost low and they're prices are very competitive for the Bay Area. Compared to other Animal hospitals in the area. Who those other vet hospitals almost all of them Gouge in Pricing, almost all of the other Animal hospitals charge the same cost of buying a car.
Sun Valleys prices are more equivalent to buying like a small or large appliances cost point. Like buying a dishwasher or washer machine cost.
To me this is a very competitive and low cost point for Pet Healthcare

This place is great. They are honest and their prices are fair. They care about your pet and their reception staff are kind and are very flexible.
