Nice and friendly hotel
Clean rooms. Always return to the hotel the staff is friendly and accommodating the manager helps me every time

The carpet is clean. The bathroom looks new. A small-size refrigerator. The fitness room has newer treadmills, No coffee maker. No buffet breakfast.

Location was good for me, near the BART. The only disappointment was that there's no pool.
Customer service was great. Desk staff was friendly and flexible.
