Came on a Saturday afternoon and wanted to ask a quick question about wood staining and the only person with that knowledge is the manager Angel. I'm the only person in the store and there are three people working the location. Angel says they he can't come out because he's doing inventory. I have one question that literally takes one minute to answer. He has at least two other people at the store that can help him with inventory and no customers inside. Sad to see Kelly Moore go since they had great customer service and this is one of my first experiences with Sherwin-Williams. As a General Contractor, I have a lot of experience ordering from many different paint stores, I have not had this bad of a customer service experience in a paint store ever.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. I ordered a deck paint and they asked if it was stain or solid, they made sure they had the right base and matched my color sample. Very professional and knowledgeable.

The guy in the store was very nice, helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and the store had 40% discount on a great quality paint.. what not to like :)

I had an excellent encounter with Spencer at Sherwin Williams. He was extremely polite, helpful, and well-informed. When I provided him with the paint code, he promptly prepared it for me and even offered a discount.
The store itself was impeccably clean and well-organized. The staff members were all friendly and had smiles on their faces. Additionally, the store's location in Pleasant Hill was ideal, as it was not overly crowded. I highly recommend Sherwin-Williams based on my experience.

As a first time home owner and recent new patron of this store, I was delighted to see that customer service is outstanding. I have walked into big-box retailers and did little for me.Sherwin-Williams Paint Store was awesome. They helped me pick out the right type of paint for my project and made great recommendations specifically for what I needed to accomplish. They will have my business for as long as I am nearby.

I've spent more time than I'd like to admit at this store. When we bought a house, we had grand plans of painting all the rooms with funky accent walls and doing a general revamp of the not ideal paint we found in the bedrooms. The only hitch in our plan was we had no idea how to paint a wall, much less an entire room or three. The employees at this Sherwin-Williams have been a godsend for us - that's really not an exaggeration. We've asked so many detailed questions and asked for advice and they've always been incredibly friendly and helpful! The employees get 10 stars in my book. The color selection of the paint is pretty wide too - we never had issues finding the colors that we wanted. The only downside is the paint supplies tend to be more expensive than a big box store, but they seem to have frequent sales which substantially lower the cost of paint and supplies. Check their website to time your visit well! We'll definitely be back as we continue our painting journey.

Very knowledgeable staff. Was greeted right as I walked in and once I chose my color my paint was ready right away. But most of all the thing that blew me away was how beautiful the emerald door paint turned out. I will return for my next project
