Definitely not coming back. Employees do not acknowledge you, signs are incorrect & if you look more upscale they will try to charge you $6 for a reusable bag that should be 10 cents at the POS. Pay attention to the verifone pad they’ll try to add it quick and have you pay. Never coming back and disputing that portion with the bank.

1 star for their employees and 3 stars for their stuffI will say that the salvation army has better stuff then goodwill does. They have a lot more clothing and most of it is in good shape. However, there is a crazy employee that has worked there for several years, she is probably the manager, I am not sure. She is a racist, she harasses only white people. Accuses them of stealing when they did not. This is not hearsay, I have witnessed it on 3 occasions and now tonight, she accused me.Now come on, we're talking about THE SALVATION ARMY, Are you kidding me! I do not steal and I was pretty pissed that she did it to me this time.I only went in there because i was dropping off a donation, 3 bags of clothing, so I decided to look for a minute. I ended up buying a skirt.I have watched her do the same thing on 3 other occasions and each time, the people are white, not hispanic like she is.I am not racist and i wont tolerate it. She is coo coo for coco puffs! She needs some training before they end up getting slapped with a lawsuit for false accusations and discrimination. It is absolutely ridiculous! I will update this with her name when I get it!

My wife found a jewelry box marked at $1.99 The clerk accused, my wife of placing a false price tag over the real tag should have read $7.99. The clerk peeled away, the price tag, and there was no other price tag underneath. My wife paid $7.99 for the item regardless, the price was not an issue.. However, She and I both find this extremely insulting. Will not return to the store.

I have donated thousands of dollars worth of clothing and household goods to this location over the years, and have made many purchases there. Yesterday, I donated about $100 worth of merchandise at their donation station and then stopped into the store to look around. I usually carry an open canvas shopping bag, with my smaller "wallet" purse inside, but visible. An employee of the store approached me as I was browsing around, and said someone saw me put the purse in my bag and accused me of stealing it.The employee demanded to see the purse, which I refused, and I left the store shocked at this outrageous event.I will henceforth take my donations and purchases elsewhere, and you should too.

This thrift store is better than I imagined. I had been in the area for other reasons and after those were complete, I decided to check out the local thrift stores. This was the second one I went to. I got some great items, from new games to designer shoes and clothing. I definitely plan to come again. The prices are a little high but honestly, the stuff I purchased was worth it.

I was strolling through the store and found these really cute glass football beer mugs. Two of the mugs were priced at $1.99 and then one was $5.99. All the mugs were identical. I requested at check out that I receive the 3rd glass for the price of the other two because they were all the same. The gal said they were all $5.99 and priced wrong and needed to be repriced at $5.99. I requested a manager. The manager repeated that they are all $5.99 and priced wrong (even though 2 of the 3 were the same). The manager said she would give them to me this one time for $1.99. She proceeded to ring me up for only 2 of the glasses. I asked about the other one and said she was going to put it in the back and refused to sell it to me for the $1.99. The staff was rude. I will not be back and will find other places to donate. P.S. I purchased the same 2 glasses across the street at the Good Will for $1.99. Ridiculous.

I have been a regular shopper at this store for 5 years but this place has turned to terrible scum with the short assistant manager overcharging people with no hispanic background and appalingly rude when you ask questions. Most hispanic workers there are extremely rude including the managers. They overcharge for everything but I give credit to the older man working in donation center and the two filipina ladies there. They are courteous and helpful. This store should be a gonner soon. Terible customer service.

I dropped into S. Army to wait out traffic. Saw small vase that was in a style a friend would like as a gift. Price was $1.99. Seemed fair. I bought a few other practical items as well. The cashier said the price on the vase was not right so she would not give me a discount. I was not aware of any discount and thought the price was fine anyhow. I did not argue, paid and left. When I looked at the receipt later that evening, I found she had double charged me for another item and pumped the charges up for a few more dollars.Instead of holding back an item for repricing which would have been acceptable, she wrongly assumed I had altered a tag and dishonestly charged me for her assumption. I won't be back soon as I was both insulted and cheated. If you shop there, check your receipt carefully before you leave, because you can't expect honor. I'm on disability and won't waste money on places like this twice.

I have to say that the employees at this Salvation Army does a great job keeping this store neat and organized. They carry much more quality items then the Goodwill does now, they always have some nice handbags and a good selection of many other things. The employees at Salvation Army take pride in their store and Goodwill should try to do the same...

Imho this place needs to educate their employees, some are rude & uncivilized, the rest don't even say"hi" to customers,Last time a checked employees get paid by the hr,so if a customer is checking an item on the lowest shelf, "DONT ASK HIM TO MOVE",go around or wait for him & IF you're a "VOLUNTEER" then do it kindly, or don't do it at all,it gives bad reputation to the place
