Complete and total fraud. You get a discount for using your debit card but none of the pumps and we tried. All of them would accept debit cards. Today the people in front of us had problems. The people behind us had problems so I went in as the system told me to and talked to the woman in the counter and her comment was oh I have to pre-authorize over $100 and I can't give you your $0.80 per gallon discount you have coming through Safeway. They need to look at their policies because this is fraud and it's not acceptable

I think this fuel has high ethanol content and that's why they can sell it for so cheap.. I called in to ask what the percentage of ethanol was and the lady didn't know. Bad sign. My check engine light is on and the last time that happened it was because I filled up with e85. Will revert this review if it ends up being something else.

What inside for a certain amount of fuel money the cashier host was very friendly. The pump worked appropriately.

One best fuel gasoline in a safe way at a grocery store is about $5.9 per gallon. Food items and other drinks available I recommend

Half of the pump not working. And in fact I never see all pumps are working together, 75 mins waiting

If you do not have a Costco Membership and are looking for the next cheapest fuel station in Concord then Safeway gas is your answer. Unlike Costco the lines are not that long even at peak hours. I went here to get gas at 6pm and there was no wait at all. Everything went smoothly for me. No issues with gas pump. Like many gas stations you save more by paying cash so have cash handy! Overall great fuel station and I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a budget gas station.
