Cashier girl was nice. Store was in pretty good shape for it being later in the day. I ended up finding everything I came there for which was nice. Loss prevention was basically shopping with me as if I had items in my pocket. I felt like loss prevention couldn’t let me shop in peace so I decided to buy the things in my cart and leave. In my opinion there was a lot more people in the store during that time that I suspected of stealing but he was no where near them.
Maybe the loss prevention here like to hover around people that don’t steal so that do t have to get into confrontation with the ones that are stealing. The cashier saved this from a 1 star review.

I was there on 3/14Reg 01 @2:45 pm the cashier is rude and angry. She look like she give us the close for free . Next time it's good not to higher such kind of angry cashier. Put her in the back she doesn't fit with customer.

I wish I could put a zero. My mom is elderly and uses an electric scooter. She entered the store and the employee made her leave. Saying she can not use the scooter in the store. To my knowledge this is in violation of the ADA and I will be making a formal complaint to the store manager and corporate

The place was junky. There were aisles of stuff that seemed to be randomly placed. Merchandise was hanging over into the walkway potentially leading to trip and fall. Prices seemed ok on the items observed. Pretty standard for Ross. Staff aren't helpful and seem occupied with just putting out more stuff. I asked where an item was located and received a basic instruction like "by the curtains." I had no idea where the curtains were but walked in the general direction. When I didn't find them I asked again. The same lady said with hesitation and reluctancy, I'll show you. She did and I was thankful. It would have been nice to not feel I burdened her and interrupted her shelf stocking.
