We made an appointment and got there at 11:30. The office was locked and lights closed. The office said they were open until 12pm. I knocked and waited for 10 minutes. A woman opens the side door and claims they had an emergency and needed to close early. She claims she called everyone that had an appointment. We had an appointment and drove all the way from Napa to get here on time. I told her I never got a call. She then accused me of putting the wrong number. WOW talk about being accountable! They decided to close early ignoring anyone's time. I asked for a manager's contact info. She said that I can complain to her! Very unprofessional and careless.

What a bad office, service and very unprofessional stuff! They got a blood order online from affiliated online doctor organization and didn’t check it had duplicated parameters! When I came in by appointment, the receptionist said she cannot proceed without doctor advise and started calling the doctor! (Why you didn’t align the order before I came in?)Obviously, the doctor office didn’t reply and she said she cannot proceed. I had to go back home with nothing.Moreover, there is MOLD on the ceilings inside and hygiene conditions are poor.Wouldn’t recommend anybody to use this office!

I had an appointment today at 11:30 am. I arrived at the Pleasant Hill location at 11:25 am. There was a paper note on the door stating this facility was temporarily closed until June 26 (Monday). I did not appreciate having to drive all the way there and see this note. I checked my phone and my email and I did not receive any notification that the office was closed. After I got home and opened the Mobile Check In on my phone, it says "More than 1 minute late. You are late for your appointment and must schedule for another time". Dah -- you guys closed your office -- not my fault. I'm very disappointed. I will reschedule my appointment and let's hope this doesn't happen again.

Arrived here this morning after having made an appointment to get a blood draw for a Galleri test. After registering and providing my insurance information I was told to leave because "we don't do test kits here because we're only open until noon and it's a FedEx issue." Meanwhile Galleri's website and Quest's website say that they do in fact do test kits.

Did not even fill the needle for the blood samples.Losing the star due to computer failure on the entrance, that was sending me back advising to reschedule the appointment. Professional, clean, welcoming and efficient.Made appointment online, followed directions for arrival time, did speedy check-in with kiosk and name was called within 5 minutes.Staff was courteous and mindful of COVID requirements.Phlebotomist Valerie is an ab-so-lute PRO with a positive and calming attitude.Will request this location next time as well. Easy to parkThank you !!

The waiting room is a three-visitor space! So must go outside to wait with no seating. Will never use this office again. In addition, to phone the office with a question, you are bombarded with every piece of advice that you don’t necessarily need! Why not have a system that gives you choices of what you want to ask??? Terrible..
