Bottom line: Aggressive, rude treatment is just not acceptable. ***********I've stopped to get my car washed here a few times before and not had any issue, although there seems to be different people working all the time. However my last experience this week on Wednesday was just horrible. My friend and I got out (we are both older, Asian women) and the man in the photo below said it would be $50 to wash, vacuum, and wipe inside/outside of my regular, passenger sized car (not very dirty to begin with, as I don't drive much). I told him I have always paid $35 for the same service, as recently as 4 weeks ago, and he became extremely rude, hostile and aggressive. I even asked him if he could just wash and vacuum (no wipe down) for $35. He began yelling at us, unnecessarily escalating things. I felt unsafe and took my phone out to record his behavior, and he began reaching for it and threatening to break it! Another man (his son?) came over to call us "you Chinese" and demand that we leave, and that they refused to service us. I have never experienced such crazy, rude behavior before. A simple explanation of some change in policy or pricing would have sufficed. Instead, they decided to act like out of control bullies. Not to mention, we are not even Chinese - don't appreciate the blanket, small-minded stereotyping! I will be complaining to other relevant agencies as well, because people this unhinged and aggressive should not be working with the public. Do not support a business like this that can't treat people with even the most basic respect.

Extremely sweet family owned car wash! I met Jose and his wife and they are such a positive vibe and extremely catering. I got me entire car vacuumed, washed, and tires cleaned all for $25!I've been to many places in Oakland and San Jose and this has been the quickest service, very efficient. Will come back again :)

I've came here a couple times this time I came I paid in a $100 bill since I had just came from the bank. He gave me $23 back for a $27 car wash. When I told him he gave me wrong change he insisted that I only gave him $50 after going back and forth I said whatever give me my money back and I'll leave. He left to go talk to his coworkers and when he came back he said "sorry I talked to my coworkers and they said yess you gave me $100" he gave me my money back and I still wanted a car wash he said go somewhere else and I was like " so I came here to basically almost get scammed and not even get a car wash that I'm still willing to pay for" they then proceeded to wash my car and the guy who gave me wrong change after came to apologize and say he was having a bad day because of the heat and gave me a card for next time to have my carwash free. Yea idk about ever coming here again.Edit: I asked if they could clean my mats in my car since I saw they did it to someone's car I honestly thought it came included but they charged $5 extra

Went to give this place a try because they didn't have a cheap automatic car wash option. Everything looked alright until later that day when my windows were too dirty to see out of them. I tried to call the owner the next day.. instead of him apologizing he ended up arguing with me about how it was "the factory windows" fault. Finally after going back and forth he offered a refund but I'm stuck with these dirty windows until the weekend because of my work schedule. Not worth the $40 I paid with a tip. Go somewhere else that will appreciate your business.

I'm giving it 5 stars because it's great for what it is for $27. I went on a weekday when no one else was there and because of that they said they had time to do more on the interior, and they just went to town on my car! I stepped out of the car and they really tackled the interior for me with vacuuming and wiping down- 2 small kids' worth of crumbs. Then they had me drive it through the car wash area while they did hand wash on the exterior. Afterward they had me step out of my car again and they dried it and do one final wipe down pass inside. I cannot complain. I think I may have seen there's a little bit of dirt still on in crevices of my hub caps, but overall I'd say I'd definitely go back and I could even point out certain things if I wanted them to tackle it next time. There were like 3 people working on my car at each stage.

A very un professional owner i went there for the fist time price was 22$ and he said he just increased it to 27$ i said if he can make it 22$ he said no i cant and then i said ok but just make sure to clean the car properly and he told me i m not gona wash it u can go and i was shocked i didn’t say anything i would never recommend there even i should have called a police for misbehaving with me for nothing i would rate them under zero unprofessional and very stupid

Multiple people work on your car, which makes it really quick.100% recommend this place for anyone who wants to get a quik, cheap, clean and excellent car wash.
