Very honest business!! I came here as a referred shop by my insurance carrier, and right off the bat Cory evaluated my car and told me what they could and could not help with. He saved me a lot of time and money, and I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a good and reliable car repair shop!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic. The people here are inconsiderate, extremely unorganized, disrespectful and irresponsible. Long story short, my car was sitting here since January until May (LITERALLY 5 MONTHS) after an auto-Collision accident. I couldn’t handle the fact that every time I would call, they would either not answer or when they did, they would claim they were super behind on work.After 5 months of no progress, little to no communication from this shop, I couldn’t take it anymore and decided to take my car to another mechanic.Overall, taking my car here was a waste of time, money (since Im literally paying for car insurance on a monthly basis for a car that isn’t able to be driven)I made an appointment here last year around the beginning of December and I can’t believe that they still hadn’t ordered the necessary parts for the repair, almost half a year later.Whoever answers the phone is also extremely rude, he kept talking over me and interrupting me when I was speaking. He also admitted to putting my car on the back burner just because I had mentioned I was going to be okay for a little while since I had a rental car from my insurance. That is NO excuse to take your sweet time as most insurances only cover rentals for 1 month as it was in my case. I just said that so they won’t feel like I was rushing them but they definitely took advantage of me. I was struggling for months taking public transportation, taking ubers, borrowing cars from friends all because this inconsiderate shop didn’t care to prioritize to fix my car.In conclusion, I would say please don’t let the other positive reviews fool you as it fooled me. This review is most likely the most honest review they’ve received on yelp. I really hope other people find out how awful the customer service is, they’re definitely not worth anyones business and time!

I went here for a cash estimate on a ding from a parking structure. It seemed such a small thing but repairs cost a bundle. I did not want to go through insurance. Aaron offered to clean up the area to make it less apparent. After getting a comparison estimate from another shop, even higher, I took him up on the offer. What he did made such a difference that I do not see the need to spend Thousands on repairs. He also carefully explained the rationale for difference between the two estimates. I was blown away by Aaron's generosity & professionalism. This will be my go to shop should I need body repair services.

Went to get an estimate. Nice guy. But he quoted me over 5,000 for this damage. Unbelievable. I shopped around around 5 more shops in Concord and they all gave me estimates between 1,500 to 2,500. I got it fixed for much cheaper and this place was being too greedy.

I met Corey over a year ago. Super great guy! Along with everyone else, and Mr. Mustache Aaron!! So i took my van in over a year ago to order all new seals and weather stripping for my van. Due to work my time frame was changed because I had to leave town for 14 months. These guys held my my product. Upon my return I contacted Corey and scheduled the work. They did a fantastic Job. I know longer hear wind noise, or water leaking in. Quality Service, Responsive team thats easy to work with. I will surely be back for other work. I cannot recommend them highly enough! I found out this place from nextdoor first. It wasn't an ads but an appreciation post with strong recommendation. And there were like 3~40 comments praising the place. Thought it was really strange to see the fandom for a car repair center. Later, I had to fix my X5's front bumper and tried to find the post. I went there without saying much but the maximum quote they gave me was already fair enough. And the final cost was actually less since they only charged the time it took to fix the issue. I have never seen a shop like this. Now I understand why people praised the place so much.Service: Body & Trim

The lining under the front wheel well of my car came loose across the street from Pleasant Hill Collision. They knew my name, ran across the street and offered to help me immediately. A week later during my appointment, they fixed the damage to my bumper quickly and painted a few bald spots without being asked. They went above and beyond to make sure the experience was positive and the car looked better than before the accident.

I can't say enough about the staff ... we left our truck overnight for service. Our driver door and been vandalized trying to break in. As we put "the club" on our truck and drove away we were a bit uneasy but thought we'd be fine. Turns out some thieves stole our catalytic converter ... ugh made yet another claim. They hustled, put our truck inside for the night took care of everything so promptly and we're so kind and waived our deductible on the 2nd claim. Oh, and they drove to the house to get my husband to pick up the truck !!!! Outstanding customer service, I will certainly recommend them to anyone who needs repair etc!!!! Katheryn Cooper

I had a young kid rear end me at a crosswalk and he damaged my bumper pretty bad. I took my car to PHCRC and Corey wrote me up an estimate and explained how he would handle most of the correspondence with the insurance company. Everything he said, he did.
