Staff is very friendly and helpful with recommendations when asked. Wet cat food is buy 3 get 1 free. They carry healthy food options without fillers.

Wow! We called for carriers for our cats for our flight and Damian knew the exact ones for TSA. When we came in, he went and got the carriers and he also recommended an awesome calming serum for our cats on the flight. He was amazing, knowledgeable, and just easy to talk to. A+ service. My Mother, my husband and I commented as we walked out of Pet Express, what a great guy and it’s rare you find that kind of customer service. Anyways, felt like I had to talk about our experience, because it is rare. Thanks Damian for your exceptional customer service! All the best to you in your future.

Unable to find specific cat litter anywhere else until I stopped here. Simply Yours was just inside near the register with a large supply. Got in and out within 5 minutes. Cashier was very friendly and helpful.

My favorite PFE location in Contra Costa County! The staff is so friendly to me and my doggie Charlie. They will know you and your dog by name if you frequent long enough! It’s not only a great place to get your pet needs but to socialize/hang!

This was the only pet store I found in the area. I needed some type of natural sedative for my sheets to around fleet week noise. Employee was super knowledgeable over each of the items and explain how long each would take to support my pets needs. ultimately lead me to an inexpensive remedy for the day. I appreciate his honesty.
