Pleasant Hill O’Reilly’s has wonderful customer service! Honest regarding product, pricing and installation. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Geoff. Thank you O’Reilly’s for saving the day! So I can continue on moving forward with my plans for the weekend.

This store is a godsend, I went to the the O'Reilly in Willow Pass and asked at check out if I bought the correct cabin filter, they daid yes and I was on my way. It wasn't even a cabin filter. Over here they are always super friendly and even put in the new filter for me when they didn't have to. Easy to say this is where I will be going for any future car needs.

Great customer experience. Greeted when I walked in, installed my wiper blades without having to asked, and when they couldn't find the right part, looked everywhere until they could find it. Plus they all seemed in a good mood, and happy to help each other.

I was desperate to figure out why my car was giving me a hard time starting. I figured it was the battery but wasn't sure because it still had some juice left to start only when I jumped it w/ another car. So after finally starting it went straight to OReilly's to see if they would test my battery. As soon as I parked I turned the engine off and instantly knew I was going to have a hell of a time starting it again. Gabe one of the clerk's there was so up beat and ready to help me. He confirmed my battery wasn't good and that I'd need a new one. Unfortunately they were out of stock with the one I needed so without hesitation called the oReilly's in Martinez and confirmed they had it but I'd have to go pick it up. That would have been totally fine but my car wasn't starting and Gabe went above and beyond trying to help me get it started. That's when Alex another clerk there offered to take me in her car to pick up the new battery! Who does that these day's?! So Alex drove me there to pick it up and when we got back without any question Gabe put the new battery in for me and I was on my way home in no time. These two are gems and the customer service skills are impeccable! OReilly's you should give Alex and Gabe raises! Thanks guys!

Usually when I come to this store the service is great, employees and very helpful and I have no complaints. WELL, today when I went in looking for a specific tool I asked the group of about 4 employees standing behind the counter if they had the tool I was looking for at which time they all stood there looking dumbfounded, as if I asked had they seen Big Foot. Then one employee replied " well I have never heard of that tool", and I asked "So you don't have it?" and without even checking the system he replies, "No". I usually do not leave reviews, but the level of unprofessionalism and effort to do absolute nothing to provide assistance to me or the other customer in the store at the time is amazing! I am sure there are a entire world of things you have never heard of buddy, that doesn't meant they don't exist!

These guys who work in here go above and beyond! The young man who helped me had such a positive attitude, was knowledgeable and was so helpful when I came in stressing out over a very dead battery. He not only helped me find an affordable one ; he helped me install it (he did it completely on his own lol) the other gentleman in there had such a positive attitude it turned my grumpy outlook on a stressful situation in to a positive mindset knowing I was in good hands!

Wow! After dealing with several mishaps over a battery at Firestone for a week, long story, bad ending that got worse ! Called O'Reilly auto parts pleasant hill. In and out with a new battery installed in 15 minutes. No appointment just walked in. Customer service excellent even though they only had 2 people working. And I also saved 83$. I will never go anyplace again!! Thank you !
