I was wandering it’s legal to charge for service to reconnect my phone with the carrier. I have tried to fix it by myself, but my phone was unable to make a call and receive SMS. So I have no chance to login my account to see what is happening. That guy charge me for correcting my IMEI in my account. That was horrible experience ever. If I can do it myself I would never want to go to the your store. Avoid this store!!

Very bad experience on this location!I have to get new service for my family member, and the guy helps us act like we ask for something for free,we don't even talk about what service we want and right away " if u phone don't take the activation u still have to pay "and I think maybe he ha e a bad day and move on ,any questions we have he look like "You don't get it" when finally we decided everything we need and pay the bill comes $124.01 we give 150 and very rude he can takes has to be exactly amount and on the moment don't have change and send us to go target to get change ""Pay exact amount or credit car " we don't have change " we pay with card to complete or purchase but definitely I NEVER COMING AGAIN. I never put names on, but this time, I will .THANKS JOSE

I came in with family from overseas on Saturday around 6:30pm and were helped by Phillip and Luis with getting them setup with SIM cars and plans. They were very honest and upfront with available discounts and all the fees involved. Phillip helped check if the phones could support US bands so we weren't wasting money.

The service at this store is awful and I mean awful. They don't want to fix a issue on my brand new phone . I was told it wasn't there problem. . These people are cocky and have a answers for everything as long as it doesn't involve them doing their job. The phone I got is garbage also.

I wanted to give a 5 star review for Phillip ! His customer service was top notch. He seen my issue with my payment and billing info . He took ownership of the issue and even spent 40 minutes on the phone with the customer service rep who refused to help. He was very persistent in resolving my issue. In the end Metro customer service couldn't help , but for him to do all the leg work and his overall effort to not take no for answer , that really impressed me and makes me feel valued as a customer. Thanks again !

Seems, customer service has been revived here, or I just got the right folks.
Maricruz sold me on a deal for a new phone, new line and it was good until I used the phone and it didnt work nor could I activate it which was really inconvinient because I had to returned early from a mini getaway just to fix it before returning to work. Fortunately, Mari(different Mari)&Kevin worked on the issue for at least 20min. They kindly brought me a chair:) turns out, Maricruz scanned something off and they couldn't find my phone in the system. They figured out how to correct some numbers and in the end I walked away a happy customer.

The employee Mary was very helpful today . I told her I needed a new iPhone 14 and she got it right away. She checked if I had insurance on the old phone. I didn't have it. But it was ok. She explained to me everything in detail and told me that my daughters phone does have insurance on it and can also be upgraded since it is an older model. I was happy with her service this morning at 10am

I went this metro corporate store to buy a new IPhone and I was given Excellent Service by Victoria, Pahrean and Elrianna. All of them were kind, professional, knowledgeable and went over and beyond in services. They answered All my questions, they were patient and made sure I knew how to work the phone. All of them are a Asset to Metro !!! And make the difference why I’m staying with Metro! I’m so Grateful to work ethics,service and kindness ?? Thank You individually and as a Team!!!
