Attended an appointment with them in April. Was there for three hours, got charged a $40 retina exam that they didn’t ask to do nor do I believe i’m old enough to qualify it as a concern. Proceeded to get disrespected and treated poorly for 3 hours during my appointment. Sent me home with the wrong contacts prescription on purpose.
Called today and I was on the phone for 1.5 hours. I was on hold for 60 of those minutes. They lost my information and couldn’t find proof of my appointment in April. Finally found it after asking around. I then proceeded to have to book an appointment because they gave me the wrong prescription due to their lack of stock. The level of disrespect, unorganized files, and care is mind blowing to me. I will not be coming back here after this appointment.

Went to LensCrafters in Pleasant Hill to have my frames adjusted. The left arm of the frame was pushing against my ear and Ariel adjusted it and it fit perfectly after the adjustment. It only took Ariel one try to fix it unlike other occasions when it would take someone several attempts before it was adjusted correctly. Next time I need an adjustment I will definitely go back and ask for Ariel.

We ordered glasses 6/17/24 and checked the status of the order 2 weeks afterward. The order was never submitted though we had paid in full. They put in the order then and said it would be another 2 weeks. We checked on it again and finally got them today (7/23). They had said we'd get $50 off but that didn't happen. Not going back to Lenscrafters

My glasses broke on the way to the store I the car. I stopped by this place not expecting they would help me. I got to the door and they were closed. Jazz saw me outside and opened the door. Even though they were already closed. He did not hesitate to ask how can he help. He quickly took my glasses and fixed it immediately. He was quick and professional. That’s customer service. Thanks Jazz!

Worst experience at this place
There is a guy he is mean, disrespectful and doesn’t even know how to talk or treat customers. I had to cancel my wife’s appointment the same day and time being on site and then had to get my daughter out of there and cancel her appointment as well.
I am not sure if there is a manager or someone that even looks at this dude at this place. Stay a way from this guy and this location and go other locations please
This dude acts like he is working there for free and you are there getting free service or something there I guess it’s weekend a normal person won’t be acting like that so either he is high or drunk but stay a way and don’t ruin your day dealing with these kind of abnormal people.

Horrible service, they order your eye glasses from somewhere like China, they promised me ten days I paid in full, then had to Waite five weeks for a simple reading glasses that I could have got it from somewhere else cheaper.

I have purchased many pairs of glasses over the years at Lens Crafters and always feel that the customer service at this location is great, and its not as busy as a lot of the other Lens Crafters locations.
But I am specifically writing this review about an employee Mireya. I walked in with a broken pair of Dior prescription glasses that my mom purchased 15 years ago from Lens Crafters in the mall. She has since passed and I had them changed to my prescription
Well, I mistakenly stepped on them and snapped the string at the bottom of the lense and the metal was twisted. I had asked Mireya to repair them, knowing that she might not be able to. And I was aware that they might break further in the repair. She agreed to give it a try since she knew the sentimental value they have for me.
Well, a couple of hours later I came to see if she was able to repair them, and SHE DID!! They look exactly like they did before broken.
She was SO kind and helpful and seriously I am so grateful! I will definitely return and recommend this location to friends and family.

I’m really disappointed in the staff here. I’ve been going her for almost 3 years. An while I have always loved the optometrist. An dismissed the wait times per the actual apt time. I called an asked for my prescription an the women on the phone basically said they were really busy an she would send it later. I called at noon. Which didn’t seem too professional let alone good customer service for someone who keeps coming back. I waited an finally called back at 5pm. Finally another gentleman said he would email it. I just needed to wait a few mins am if I didn’t get it to call back. I waited 10. I called back an the same women said nothing other then please hold. She placed me on hold for almost 30mins. I eventually called from another phone an they were closed. She left me on hold. All I needed was my prescription emailed to me. They may be close by but I think I’m going else where from now on. (An yes it says closed Sundays but I called an they said they were open).I’ve called back several times an said I still have not gotten my RX. Either I’m stuck on hold for a while or told it would be sent. In which they proceeded to blame my email as the reason. Maybe they should just get a better service. I asked for it to me mailed to me an they said no we can print it out an you can pick it up. What an absolute joke.

I came in because I had slept on my glasses and my lenses popped out, and the glasses were bent. Alexandra immediately assisted me and helped me out and I was in & out within 10 minutes! Thank you to all of the crew that worked here! Much appreciated service.

Alexandra has turned this place around. It used to be such a unpleasant experience at this location but it’s convenient for us so we keep coming. She will be the reason why we continue to come back! She’s made it a much more pleasant, professional place to be.
