We are thrilled to share our exceptional home-buying experience with Laurie, our realtor for the past decade for three transactions. Navigating a highly competitive market where homes were receiving multiple offers and selling for hundreds of thousands over asking price, Laurie proved to be an invaluable partner in our search.
Facing the pressure to buy quickly or risk being priced out, Laurie was eager to help us find the perfect home. We were exploring both the Oakland Hills for a Mid-Century Modern home and San Ramon for a family house. Laurie’s flexibility and commitment were outstanding; she met us on a whim in the Oakland Hills and on several evenings right after work in San Ramon. Her positive attitude and dedication kept our spirits high, even when the market seemed overwhelming.
Our luck turned when we discovered an amazing house that had just been listed on a broker's tour on Thursday, with an open house scheduled for Saturday. Laurie immediately arranged a meeting with the listing agent and got us in to see the house on Friday. The moment we walked in, we knew it was the one. Laurie’s professionalism shone through as she asked the listing agent directly what it would take to secure the house, meticulously taking notes and building a strong rapport.
The next morning, while we were at Northstar, Laurie called with fantastic news, the sellers had countered our offer for only $25k over asking. We eagerly accepted, and Laurie had us in contract that very day and the hosue never went to open house which would have brought in multiple over asking price bids.
Throughout the entire process, Laurie made us feel like her top priority, providing exceptional service and personalized attention. Having now bought and sold three homes through Laurie, we cannot recommend her highly enough to all potential clients. She approaches her work with grace, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to her clients. Laurie is truly amazing, and we are incredibly grateful for her help in finding our dream home.

Laurie is awesome. I just closed on my third property that I have sold with Laurie and, once again, she got me well over asking. I have also purchased two homes with Laurie and she is so knowledgeable and understanding she makes a stressful process easy and enjoyable. Laurie was a true professional assisting us with selling our condo and purchasing our new home. Laurie put together a game plan for the sale of our condo, guiding us through the process of getting it "show-ready" to sell. Laurie Berry was truly a exceptional Realtor who knows her Stuff It was a no-brainer for me to work with her since we was set on buying in Concord and I’m so thankful I did.
