Absolutely horrible experience. The lady that shows the stroller is extremely rude, and definitely looks like she doesn’t want to work there. Save your time and go somewhere else! Cute store but with the horrible customer service I’d never go back to buy anything!

Horrible customer service, was not greeted upon walking in or acknowledged in the slightest. She was helping a couple which I understood required focus but just a “Hey I’ll be with you in a few minutes” would’ve been polite, especially since we continued to linger near the strollers so it was clear we were hoping for some help. Stood there and tried walking around a bit and the worker continued to not acknowledge us when we just wanted to view the strollers in hopes of buying (we stood there and waited because there were many signs stating you cannot touch the strollers without assistance) so we walked out. Never coming back or recommending this store to anyone I know, this is why people shop online now.

After multiple emails and phone calls, I have been unable to get an update on an order and a credit on my account for over 9 months. I seriously think this place must have gone out of business and I will never see my furniture or be able to apply my credit :(

I placed an order over two weeks ago. I never received an online confirmation and no one has answered any of my emails or calls. I am completely in the dark and they have taken over 400 dollars. Terrible customer service! I want my money back!Update:Instagram messages were ignored and I did in fact leave two voice messages and send over an email as instructed via your voicemail and website. It should not take a negative review to finally have a claim/purchase researched. In addition, as a paying customer, I should have received a call/ email discussing why I never received a confirmation email, what issues occurred with the order, and what to expect moving forward. Instead, I received an unprofessional response to a valid complaint. There was no accountability taken.Customers beware when purchasing anything from this vendor online.

As nervous first time parents I cannot express how important it is to get the experience we received from Antoinette at Kids N Cribs. We chose a family owned business in hopes of getting the one on one for a travel system for our baby girl on the way. What we got exceeded our expectations while also staying within our budget. We got the full run down on travel systems, how they work, what to look for, how to upgrade if needed, and safety features in a very approachable manner. Antoinette is also a certified car seat installer so she took time to not only install our seat but also gave my husband a chance to install it himself. She also showed us how to properly strap the baby in and safely adjust the straps and buckles. I feel confident in our purchase and taking our new baby home from the hospital in a few weeks. Thank you so much for everything and we look forward to returning to the store if we decide to get the amazing glider we fell in love with.

Amazing customer service and product offerings! We felt super comfortable and confident purchasing our Agio by Peg Perego travel system through them. They were very knowledgeable about the stroller and car seat, and also shared lots of helpful insights as parents themselves. As an added bonus to an already top notch experience, they provided a car seat installation teaching session. This was extremely helpful and gave my husband and me so much peace of mind. Thank you for a great experience!

This is a small store, specializing in big items! We found them to be a great resource for many items and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. They are expanding their inventory to include some smaller items and the quality of their products is outstanding! We intend to shop them first for any baby needs. We highly recommend this store for parents and grandparents.

I could not speak higher of a store. You would never suspect based on its location but they have been the kindest people with good inventory. I e been here a few times now and will continue to support when I can as they even went out of their way to advise me on a product they don't even carry. Truly always impressed.

I went in to pick up a Nuna stroller and was assisted by Mike. Super friendly with great customer service. He wheeled the stroller out on a hand dolly and even put it into the trunk of my car for me. We had to order it, because they didn't have the particular model in stock that we wanted. Mike had great communication throughout the entire process. He was very apologetic that it took a little longer to get to their store. But he didn't need to be, because it wasn't the store's fault at all. That was on FedEx for delaying the shipment. When I went in to get the stroller and showed him the email, he knew exactly who we were. Overall an excellent experience. It felt like a very old school sales experience, very personal and not like the big box stores at all. Would definitely recommend to others.

Super friendly staff, and great customer service! I ordered my Nuna mixx next stroller online for store pick up. It wasn't in stock in store so waited for shipping. Shipping was fast, and Mike updated me on shipping status while we waited. Thank you for the fast and friendly customer service, I will definitely recommend you to family and friends. We had previously bought the Nuna mixx stroller from Bloomingdale and they sent us a used, opened box stroller. I returned it and bought one from Kids n Cribs .

Based on the great reviews, I was eager to get a car seat fit test with Antoinette before purchasing. Unfortunately, after waiting two weeks for an appointment, upon arrival, she informed me that she "didn't find it necessary" to wear a mask and that she would be testing the seat in my car, putting my baby daughter into the seat, and working with her for several minutes in close proximity. When I tried to politely inquire why, she told me that she "is a happy person" and "hasn't been around sick people in quite a while." (This is in the middle of the BA.5 surge at a retail store.) Again, just wanting to make the purchase, I politely asked if she would be willing to wear one as a favor to me, and she told me again that she "didn't find it necessary." I did, and had to take my business somewhere where my desire to protect my daughter's health would be respected, even if our views differed. At a store focused on selling baby products, I expected that to be a given.

Hi! I just wanted to share an awesome experience I had today. We are preganant (1st time with twins) and it all seems very overwhelming. Today we went to Buy Buy Baby in Concord and WOWZAS, sensory overload. But then, my husband finds this place called Kids N Cribs. I wasn't sure what to expect, but when we walked in and were greeted by one of the owners, Antoinette, and I realized this was the place for all overwhelmed expectant parents to go for nursery furniture, stroller and car seat ideas, and just to get some really knowledgeable thoughts on it all. It is family owned since the 80's so you would also be buying local. Last thing, the prices and quality were better than the box store. I hope this can help someone else who just finds the big stores a little too much. Antoinette is also certified to advise you on the safest car seat options. Please go see this AMAZING family store.
