h&r block fails on so many levels. from transferring to tax agents that have no experience with helping on specific issues, to no-shows for appointments, to zero accountability with returning calls from the local office staff to office and district, h&r block should be avoided at all costs.it is evident that this company is not interested in finding solutions but rather getting you in and out the door.it is now my mission to make sure all my business partners, colleagues, clients, friends, and family are aware of their vast deficiency and are advised to steer clear of this ridiculously ran company.even their customer service phone number hung up after waiting to speak to a 'live person' for over 10 minutes.horrible cannot begin to describe my company's experience with h&r block. i cant wait to talk to my attorney about the horrendous management of our taxes.

Short Review: If you value your time and money do not come here.Long Review: If I could give this place zero stars I would have. I had an appointment scheduled for 12 pm. I arrive 10 minutes early and check-in. 20 minutes pass. Another 20 minutes. I have now waited 30 minutes past my appointment. My "tax expert" has not even greeted me. I asked the receptionist and she says he isn't sure what's going on. Another 15 minutes pass by. Finally, I have to ask the receptionist if someone else could start (lucky, one other tax professional had her appointment canceled). We work with her and finish the exact same time our "expert" finished. That's right if no one was available he would have made us wait 1.5 hours past our appointment. Also what if there was another appointment after our, where they expected to wait 1.5 hours as well? After speaking with the manager all that was done was an "apology" and credit for $25 for next year. Please I will never return to this store. The $25 is more of an insult since that doesn't even cover a fraction of their cost. Thank you but not thanks!
