Some issues with supplies in the room. Not enough towels, no bed sheets on the pull-out couch, not enough pillows. But...the hotel and rooms are very nice.
Rooms: Large rooms with full kitchen. The room was also very clean and comfortable.
Nearby activities: Lots of food and shopping nearby. Quiet right around the hotel.

Rude staff backed up by management!
Discrimination against disabled person with service dog. Hotel not full but was not able to add a day after compliant about rude staff.
Cant recommend this hotel, poor representation of the Hilton name.

Very close to 680, there's a Safeway, Grocery Outlet, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Charging stations available but frequently in use.

The fact that this is a pet friendly hotel, makes it hands above those that ate not. Very close to Concord Pavillion.

Recommended hotel. Price is reasonable and not to mention, the receptionist gave me a very generous discount (I forgot his name?). Also the room is freaking amazing. There’s literally a whole kitchen and a queen sized sofa bed. Everything about this hotel is amazing. ALSO free breakfast!!!! 10000/10 would love to go back here. The only downside is if you’re not a member or smt, you won’t get free water, but, I’m not even complaining given the reason that they gave me a really good discount + the staffs are all nice and welcoming:)
Rooms: Includes a tv, good sized bathroom , big bed, big sofa bed, a kitchen area (stoves, microwave, fridge, kitchen utilities, dishwasher, and etc.)

Great hotel, but customer service is TRASH! Be prepared to be your own customer service! Customer service grade is an F-.
Rooms: Nice rooms...no good channels on TV. TV sucks...bring your tablet!
Safety: Felt extremely safe...no homelessness
Noteworthy details: Customer service is TRASH! So much for hospitality!

***UPDATE***
Very disappointed with the Hilton brand. I switched over from another hotel chain to give Hilton a try. Disappointed I did. I didn't receive any stay credits for my three rooms I booked for 3 days each. They state that because I booked through AAA, a third party, I won't receive any stay credits. Very disappointing. I guess I'll be staying with my other brand hotel chain as they do take care of their loyal customers. Won't be staying at Hilton any longer. I would have booked through them directly in the first place had their rates been as good if not better than the third party. I always check pricing directly with the company as that's the best way to go, but this wasn't the case in this instance. Shame on them.
First time staying at this location. We are status members at another chain, but wanted to give Hilton a try as their properties seem newer.
I was impressed. Booked 5 rooms for my family for my mom's Memorial service held near this hotel. The location is large and very clean. The rooms are very spacious. Some look a tad smaller than the one I had, but still very roomy. We are a family of 4, two kids 10 and 12 and fit comfortably on the king size bed. There is a pull out sofa bed in the room if need be. Decent size kitchen to prepare meals. The best thing about the room was their a/c system. I get hot very easily and this by far was the best a/c system I've experienced in a hotel room ever! On top of that, there was a ceiling fan above the bed which was a plus. The bathroom was roomy and very clean. I will definitely be staying there in the future when I visit again. Buffet breakfast was included as well. Not the greatest, but definitely good enough to get your day started. Never got crowded at all during our stay over the weekend and one weekday.
One thing to look out for is that there is a $7/day parking fee which they automatically charge you which is great if you actually have a básicos parked there. However, should you not have a vehicle, you want to make sure they credit you that fee. They charged some of us which did not have a vehicle the fee without even knowing of we had a car or not. They never ask, they simply charge you that fee. My only caveat.
The pool is very small for the amount of rooms, but it seems there are more business type people that stay there and it doesn't get used by many. Our kids enjoyed the pool all to themselves a couple times during our stay. The staff even showed them to go on for an hour after they were supposed to be closed as long as they didn't make too much noise. I was thankful for that.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in the area for leisure or business. I've stayed at several other hotels in the area and this is by far my favorite.

Safety: I feel safe and like the policies and procedures.
Walkability: Nice areas to walk
Food and drinks: Breakfast is great and there is easy accessibility to stores, restaurants.
Noteworthy details: Social hr once a week is great.

Breakfast was nice. Maybe a few utensils in the kitchen would help.
