We were just adding an ottoman to match our previous purchase, but he took the time to help us find just the right size and height. With Covid going crazy right now, we appreciated that he wore his mask properly and maintained appropriate personal space.Now if they would only do something about the 50 year old depressing music in the store, it would be a perfect shopping experience.”

“We purchased a Maverick Recliner the sales staff member was friendly, the part that should have been discussed in addition to telling us of the sake reduction, was that delivery had an additional cost of 200.00 we would have chosen to pick it up ourselves, or since they had it in store take it that day. The delivery date was also 4 days time, but again we just thought that since it was inclusive of our purchase we would agree to the time frame. Lesson learned expensive as it was always ask never assume!”

I ended up getting all tiles and kitchen countertop that she recommended at the store.
