The facility is fantastic - very clean, state of the art equipment and a good variety of it. There is a small parking lot that makes it very convenient and easy. Besides the awesome facility, I have to give a huge shout out to Kyle. His intake and assessment was really thorough - he asked a lot of excellent questions to ensure that he had all the information needed as a trainer, but also to ensure that my needs/goals would be met. “Hands down the best OTF studio! OTF is the only gym that keeps me going and motivated. I’m much stronger and happier person now comparing to when I just joined 3 months ago. In particular, the Pleasant Hill location is the best I’ve been to. I traveled a lot and went to OTF in many other locations but Pleasant Hill studio coaches are the most caring, motivating ones of all. They know their stuff! “Row House in Pleasant Hill has been a fantastic experience. The instructors have been great, as has their music, and the pacing of the classes is just right. The equipment is cleaned promptly after each class, and the instructor is always right on top of the list of each class's attendees. It's the best 45 minutes of workout possible: strength training, cardio, and elements of HIIT (high intensity interval), and it is low-impact, which allows for intense effort without the injuries attendant with many other forms of training.”
