When mom called to make a complaint about bad service by an employee at this store, the manager, Sue Ann, called her a liar and tried to claim that the interaction my mom was complaining about never even happened.The people here barely even pretend to do their jobs. They're completely unwilling to provide the basic shipping services that you pay for and when you ask for help they will say whatever they think will get you out of their hair the fastest.

Very disappointing that FedEx no longer makes any effort to deliver business and government documents on time or to provide the most basic customer service. Priority Overnight service is meaningless, they just consistently change the delivery time to "end of day" and they call that "on time". I'm shopping for another company to deliver my business documents from now on.Update - when I tried to speak with the store manager about mishandling of our delivery she was rude and accused me of lying about having my assistant in her store asking for our envelope back so we could deliver it by other means. Further discussion with other FedEx staff members at a different location indicated that Pleasant Hill did not follow protocol when their driver didn't show up for work. They were supposed to have had another store employee (probably the manager) use a company vehicle to deliver shipments to the Pacheco ship center but, instead, they just let our important documents sit there for days and refused to give them back to us!

Very rude customer service. I walked in about 5 minutes before they were going to close and the first thing the fedex employee at the counter says to me is why did you come here, you should have gone to another store. The rest of the transaction was also handled in a very rude and hostile manner. What’s even worse is the box that I bought from FedEx to ship through FedEx was 14x14x14 in dimensions but the employee who was processing my shipment charged me for a 15x15x14 box. An official complaint was sent through the FedEx customer service. Highly recommend others to go to another FedEx store.

Great Customer Service! Friendly and very helpful! I was visiting from out of town and needed to scan a document to send via email. They helped me and showed me how to do it step by step.

Fast and easy. I did some printouts for some commercial plans and they were very friendly and quick. I would definitely come back to do more business with this location.

I am a little late with this post. Last week on Sunday I went to this location thinking I knew what I was doing so I wouldn't have to ask the employees for help. Well that didn't happen. I ended up needing help and this one associate was THE BEST! Yes I said it THE BEST! At the time is we're two employees in the store and I believe one was being trained. I noticed this and really didn't want to ask for help but EMILY, helped me and didn't stop until I was completely satisfied with what I was doing. She went over and beyond and was still training the other employee as well. That young lady knows her job and FedEx should be grateful for her, because I definitely was. It's been a long time since I received customer service like that and itade my day. So if you decide to go to a FedEx location go-to this one in Pleasant Hill across from Safeway gas station in Sunvalley mall. Thank you Emily and I wish the best for you in everything that you do .

Not the greatest customer service. Something as simple as letting somebody in a couple of minutes early when you're working in the shop, and you see them, goes a long ways. I picked up a print job late on a Friday, and discovered I only had half of it. I waited for about 10 minutes before they opened out front so the person inside could see me, but she wouldn't come to the door, even after knocking. Then, when I asked her about the other half of my order, she said she couldn't find it. I had re-ordered just in case, online, and she told me it had been deleted. terrible customer service, non-caring attitude. She wasn't willing to help me, other than to tell me to re-input my order

I am very happy with my experiences at this FedEx. Matt is always extremely helpful onsite for any technical questions or samples. I've used them for a couple of projects now and they've always been able to provide the order, accurately. One order I put in through their online dashboard and the second I needed more hands on assistance. Matt walked me through print options and all my print quality questions.Additionally, each time I've been there, another associate has always been very friendly and approachable for quick print or scan questions. Each time I walk in she is usually helping at least 1-2 people with quick print projects.I think it definitely helps to have a little bit of design experience and understand how image colors changes between digital view (hex) vs print (cmyk) too or how photo sizing affects the quality of larger physical prints. What works for me is having more of a conversation about the print to really ensure my expectations.Anyways, I'll continue to use this location!

We designed a program for my mom's memorial service and I needed to get it printed. It was several pages, and when I went online I couldn't figure out how to order it based on the number of pages, and their paper selection seemed limited. I figured "I'll just go down to the store and explain what I need-- I bet they'll know how to set this up". Boy, I could not have been more wrong. The guy behind the counter immediately said "you should order that online". To which I said "yes, I saw you could do that, but I have some questions and wasn't sure what to do". To which he said again "online is best, and cheaper too". I then said "I'm actually not worried about cost-- I'd be happy to pay a bit more if you could guide me". He literaly refused!! I don't understand. Not helpful, and given my situation with the death in the family, it felt like a punch to my gut. I will NEVER go here again. I went up the street to Minuteman Press. I was greeted warmly and within minutes had an order in place. I would say don't use Fedex-- very uncaring people.
