European Hardwood Floors was contracted by LL Flooring in ********** ********** to install vinyl flooring in a house we had just purchased. The initial labor and installation was fair, however, we discovered 5 or more gaps between the flooring in a hallway. We contacted LL Flooring who reached out to the owner/manager, *****, (not really sure what this persons title is) who set up a time to come to our house and assess/repair the flooring. What this person, ***** did was damage our house that we had just spent thousands of dollars painting by kicking at the floor with his old black soled shoes, not using the proper tools, to try and get the vinyl floor slats to come together and putting significant scuff marks on the flooring and also damaging the paint on our walls, doors and cabinets. When confronting him to repair the damage he did not want to take accountability and pay to repair the damage he had done. After several communications back and forth he sent a crew several days later to repair the flooring gaps and would pay $150 to our painter to repaint the scuffed up walls, doors and cabinets but made that process very difficult as he would not just give me the money to pay my painter but insisted that the painter was now working for him and he had to pay him personally, which he did not. He gave the money to his laborer to pay him when they arrived at our house to repair the floor. If he had sent a crew out initially with the proper tools to repair the gaps in the poorly laid vinyl flooring instead of trying to save himself the cost of the repairs this would not have happened. Instead he took it out on our floor, doors cabinets and walls with his old black shoes. Dealing with ***** during this ordeal showed very poor ethics and integrity. I would not trust this person, Bojan or European Hardwood Floors to install flooring in my home again.

Bojan's team completed and install for us last week of material we purchased from LL Flooring. This was the 3rd (and last :-) stage of hardwood flooring install for our house... and the 3rd install team.Wish we'd have found them earlier. They were far the best and most professional of the installers we've experienced. The quality was superior, the clean up and care with which they worked on-site was excellent... AND they completed the job early without any shortcuts.I can't recommend them enough

Bohan and his crew installed 700sf of hardwood flooring in my condo. After demo of the carpet, my floors were determined uneven and needed leveling throughout. Leveling compound was applied and grinded smooth. 34 boxes of hardwood was installed and I am 100% convinced that my Brazilian Koa floor is a "work of art". Bohan's crew attention to detail, workmanship and craftsmanship was phenomenal. The project was estimated to complete in 5 days and timely completed. The only change order was my uneven floor. I highly, highly recommend European Hardwood Floors

I have never written a review before, this will be the first as I can't say more about Boyan and his company. If you need flooring to be done, he's your guy. If I can give them 10 stars I would. When everything with my kitchen remodel have gone wrong, his team made my day. Yunnuen was so professional and knew exactly what was needed and transform the floors in my living room. I am sorry I didn't know Boyan sooner, I would of had him do all the flooring in my place. I wasted money and time with my contractor.

Bojan and his crew were absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend them enough to my family and friends. We had them install luxury vinyl planks completely throughout our newly purchased 2 story home including our stairs. Bojan was very knowledgable when he came and gave us the estimate. He explained his work and showed us photos of his prior jobs. There was no doubt we wanted him to complete our flooring. We quickly set up a date for the project with him and ordered the materials. It was a very smooth process. They did an incredible job installing the flooring! They had to remove tile, laminate, and carpet prior to the install; they were very quick with taking the preexisting flooring out. The stairs are the center of our home and take the show. They squared off the stairs towards the bottom of them and it really completed the look along with the beautiful white skirts and white risers they added. We absolutely love them. They were completed with the job in just a few days and their work was perfect in every aspect!! We had new appliances delivered from a store a few days after our flooring was installed and an accident happened to one of the stairs during the appliance delivery. The refrigerator was dropped while the delivery guys were coming down the stairs with it. I was sad because our stairs were not even a week old. I asked Bojan if his team could help me by fixing it. He quickly gave me an estimate for Home Depot, ordered the piece right away, and came to replace the piece within the week. Bojan and his crew are great and I will definitely use them again in the future if we ever move and I highly recommend them to anyone interested in new flooring. You won't be disappointed!

Good service! Great workmanship. Did everything that was asked and no mistakes. These guys took care of me and the job. And most importantly, the job was done a day earlier than expected. Trustworthy also, as I left keys with them!

European Hardwood helped us with our hardwood floors 5 times, over the past 15 years. We had the carpets removed from the stairs and Boyan & his Dad were able to match the color and type of wood perfectly. The craftsmanship was professional. Another visit they extended the hardwood, throughout the main floor. Another visit, they added more hardwood in the upstairs family room. They always came when scheduled. The workers left the house each day, clean and dust free. I Highly recommend European Hardwood for any replacement or repair, of all your hardwood floors.

Thanks to Bojan and his crew, we got our uneven slab floors ground out and flattened, and beautiful floors put in. The guys who did it were fabulous and communicative, making sure they let me know when there was a problem or something that might cost more than we discussed (grinding out our slab and leveling). They kept a clean workspace and kept the dust to a minimum. They showed up early every morning and worked their tails off all day. Would love to work with these guys again!

Bojan and his crew were absolutely fabulous. They took extra care when moving my furniture. The workmanship was above and beyond. I hired European Hardwood Floors to install, refinish and patch my hardwood floors after a remodel. This father and son team did a beautiful job. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and even moved all my rugs and furniture back in place. Bo-Jan, Radi and their crew were not only kind, considerate and professional, but skilled craftsmen. They worked incredibly hard and got the job done efficiently. Had a great experience getting our dining room floors installed after some water damage required us to tear out the old and buy new. The team showed up on time and finished in a day. There was some concrete patching and leveling to do to prep the floor, and we're really happy with the result. I'd definitely recommend European Hardwood Floors.
