My dad has been a customer of this insurance company for years. He is very pleased with the service and he always speaks highly of the receptionists, specifically one by the name Stephanie! HOWEVER today, he went in to receive the yearly license plate sticker he had previously paid for but hadn't picked up yet due to my car not passing a smog check. My car passed the smog check now and he decided he'd go in today to pick it up. He couldn't find a receipt or a confirmation for this purchase, which we recognize can be his fault but the receptionists can also look this up in their system records. When attended by a receptionist, he explains this all to her and rudely keeps asking why he doesn't have a receipt of some sort. He even gave her his drivers license and membership number since he knew she would need this to look it up. She then says "I don't do magic" referring to her not being able to pull up this info. Why would you say this when you KNOW the system allows you to see this kind of information? My dad describes her as young so I don't know if mavbe she's new or wasn't unsure how to, but even if this was the case i've worked many customer service iobs and know to ask fellow coworkers when im unsure of something. After the receptionist kept being rude and dismissive, my dad decided he'd take a seat again and wait for the one receptionist he's known for years by the name of Stephanie. And guess what she was able to do? Pull up his previous purchase of the license plate sticker who the rude worker said she couldn't do because she doesn't do "magic" !!! THANK YOU STEPHANIE for your continuous top notch customer service. My dad is forever appreciative of the amount of attention and carefulness you put into his services with a smile on your face. hope other receptionists can learn from your service cause they clearly need it!

They are cancelling home policies for debris without warning probably so that they can cancel insuring ppl for fire protection all together. It was not an issue prior or made well known that this could occur. I have been a customer on and off with them for decades. My policy was cancelled without the ability to remedy the issues of debris which occurred while I was I'll and working 12 hr shifts 6 days a week for months. Even though I have several policies with them. Would not allow me to remedy the issue within the week and keep my policy and gave no warning before hand so I could before being terminated. Just it was in the small print contract and you're terminated. They do not care about your business. For a car accident I was not at fault for they would not request video footage that would prove it delaying the claim and costing me money. They are not the company they used to be. Not worth the additional cost people would pay for better easier service. I was having home improvement projects done on my home and clearing stuff which was mostly stored behind my fence. I have a car I don't use that is currently registered that could use a wash. They could at least give a warning or have you send pictures every so often over cancelling and therefor causing your price to go up and protection to go down. Conveniently when they are trying to get out of providing fire protection under home owner's throughout the state.

Car sat in auto shop for several weeks waiting for the adjuster to tell the shop what they need. In subsequent conversation I was told the policy only covers 30 days of rental coverage. I pointed out the delay they caused and was told that it wasn't their issue.

My cars alternator failed while on my way to work 1.5 hours from my house. It was night time CHP towed my car off the freeway to be in a safe location, as it was night time. Called AAA for a tow and explained it needed to be towed 94 miles to my home city where my dealership repair shop is. It was covered fully by the membership. The tow truck driver took over 2 hours and got there at 1130pm. When he gets there he is now begging that I leave my car at their shop bcuz he is not working as late as his supervisor thought. And they would then leave their shop at 7am to drop my car off to the dealership service department. The fact that AAA didn't explain this nor had any immediate resolution that would get me and my vehicle back to my home city is unacceptable. The tow truck company was A&C towing and transportation so they also failed to communicate this when accepting the job. Both parties are unacceptable and unprofessional for this.

The manager (I can't remember her name! Stephanie? Ugh, I am so upset I cannot remember!) was extremely helpful, patient, and flexible. She walked me through my paperwork and made the process actually a little fun. All the employees were sweet and had great customer service, and clearly the manager leads by example. I live in Antioch and this is the place I will drive to the handle all my auto needs from now on.

I had an appointment for DMV services. I was seen immediately. Representative was knowledgeable and was able to handle my DMV business quickly. I am very pleased with my visit to the Pleasant Hill AAA office.

This place is well organized and the customer service is great. You won't catch yourself wondering where to wait or go. Good service is a funny thing. Too much is pushy..too little is annoying. It's just right here. I wish this was my own little secret place for myself.. but that would be unreasonable.. lol
