What a waste of time. Fishing section was mostly empty and quite disorganized. Didn't find any sinkers, sinker slides, and other gear for an upcoming fishing trip. Went to Big 5 instead.

Just like all the other reviews, terrible customer service would not recommend. Just order what you want on amazon or directly from the retailer. Management totally unhelpful and rude.

Very Poor service at billing counter. Employees waiting and wasting customers time and large queue with no one in charge . At order pick up employee standing idle and not helping with customers billing.

Worst customer service. One person works at the shoe department and he is so rude and unprofessional. Went to talk to the cashier to ask about my exchange and they also didn’t want to help and just sent me back to that rude guy. I finally decided to go to that iPad to try to find the size I want myself. The screen said they had it, I waited 10 minutes then someone came out and said we don’t have it size.

Price tags are always wrong on fishing gear. Either that or they scan it wrong. I'd recommend taking a photo of the price tag before you go up to the counter to save people's times.

I watched Shannon belittle a coworker when he had asked for help on an exchange. I don’t care who she is to him, boss or whatever, but no body should be talked to like that. If she is in a leadership position at this store, I’m writing this as an effort to get her out of that position. I’ve never witnessed an interaction that made me feel so strongly about poor leadership within a company. I feel sorry for that employee, but even the other employees, because I can so easily see how that type of character would poison the workplace environment.

The guy works in shoes department is the worst. He is rude and unwilling to assist. I try to ask him for the different shoes on the size I need, his attitude is like I am bothering him. I ask him for further assistance because I am not familiar with this particular shoes I need, he just point his head to the area said all the Air Jordan are here. I have really bad experiences, I will not come back here again.

I see why it gets awful reviews: It's just unmotivated young folk helping you and so that comes with an expected level of inefficiency and incompetence. When I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted by an employee who promptly turned and walked away before I could ask "where do I go for an online order pickup?" Okay. The employee behind the register was just finishing a transaction and no one was in line so perfect--I asked her. She responded with "what's your order?" Which was a vague question so I asked her if she wanted my order number or what the item was--i think she was annoyed by my attempt at clarification so she repeated her initial question, paused, and added "what is your name?" Oh okay my name is ... She has a 2-way radio on her shoulder, she states my name and says I am here for a pickup. She tells me to step aside and it will be here momentarily. I step aside. She was okay, just had a little trouble communicating for a second... Then she comes over and asks me for my last name again, what the item is. Okay clarified, it has only been seconds... no problem. I step behind her counter area to check out some basketballs and immediately wander back in front of her to be sure she knows I have not walked away. She's helping others now... people start to line up behind me, I have to walk away and tell them I'm not in line... then the greeter is back and notices I'm still standing around and asks "have you been helped?". I say I have--and she asked "have you been checked in? For an online order?" I say I have checked in with the girl behind the counter and gesture to her--she is now unoccupied and states "I have his order". The greeter asks "did you check him in?" She responds "no". The greeter asks if the item is ready and the girl pulls it out and says I have it right here. Weird. She was just letting me hang around for a minute to enjoy her loveliness? Cool. The greeter checked me out and I was in my way. Kind of a fail on a really simple thing--by both employees really. If the greeter asks what I need initially none of this happens. If the counter employee asks for my ID and hands my the item without delay, a little time is saved and I am not writing this...
