The people who work here don’t seem to want to help, whats worse is the lack of communication they have with corporate. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone.

I had an appointment with agent Rosa, and I waited more than 20 minutes, and according to her I didn't have an appointment, and that I could ask any questions through the Chases app, very bad service.If you enjoy spending your entire day waiting. Pick this chase to stop by at! ????

I recently visited Chase, I was very disappointed that there was only one teller available and many people in line waiting. All the ATM machines were unavailable as well. I feel like they should be at least 2 to 3 tellers always available. It definitely was not a quick Bank stop trip as I expected.

Came to make a deposit had to wait in line for about 5 minutes or more ,all the ATMs were being used and there were only one teller available. They definitely should at least have two or three tellers at all times available.

Went to this Chase for name change assistance and they were all so friendly and helpful. Don't trust these other bad reviewers, they're probably just crappy people. I'd recommend this Chase to anyone.

Been waiting 20 minutes at the window. Who would think that they are unable to hand count money? With all these banks tanking I understand the problem .....location of the actual cash.

This review and 5 stars are for Yousof. He took the time to see me when I didn't have an appointment. I had been trying to update my legal information for a week but their appointments didn't match my schedule and it was something that I needed to get done. He was extremely nice, and professional and took care of the things I needed. Overall an amazing experience with his service and with one of the tellers, unfortunately, I don't remember her name. I highly recommend Yousof if you need assistance with your accounts.

This Chase is never properly staffed. Always a long wait no matter what day or time I come. Last time I nicely asked the manager if anyone else was working after waiting 15 minutes and he rudely and aggressively snapped back at me, yes I'm working on it. He then came back later and tried to explain himself, but it was too late. I'm writing the review now!

This review is only meant to Yelena. The what so called manager. Which we all know a good manager must know how to treat every client with the same respect, no matter how big is your bank account. We decided to downgrade the account because of all the higher fees compared to any other bank out there and suddenly our account didn't mean anything to them. Now we have checks on hold and this lady Yelena offers no help. In my opinion, this is not a way to do business. Please put your Stuff together Yelena. Next step is a formal complaint to Chase headquarters.

Literally like being at the DMV. Every employee moves sloooowwwwwww. And take breaks as customers approach the window. They literally sit on their asses all day but are so lazy or untrained that they can't take one more customer? I am not only going to stop using this branch I am going to stop using Chase. Terrible place.

Don’t expect for them to answer their phone. We called in multiple times over two weeks at different times to try and ask a simple question and request an easy action. Eventually we came in and were told that we had to schedule an appointment! Something that could have been easily handled over the phone. For people who have busy schedules it’s best to either fiddle with the app or going to another branch than coming here. I didn’t know there was an appointment option on the app but they could have told me if they answered.

Went in and asked for the most recent statement on my Chase credit card. The teller was incredibly confused by the request and couldn't find anything. Her response to the issue wasn't requesting help from an ABM (teller manager) or a banker or anyone else. She just looked at us dumbfounded. We literally drive to San Ramon to avoid this branch as this wasn't the first time they have been stumped by simple requests.

Everytime I come here I get the run around these people never know what they are doing with the managed Brokrage accounts. 3 times I come a get garbage service. I see why they have 2.5 stars smh

First, I really like the Chase technology and the fact that I can almost always find a branch in most cities, but...I opened my business accounts at this branch and lately the service has been frustrating at best. It's absolutely impossible to make an appointment online or by phone. I have had to take time away from my business to go down to the branch to make an appointment to come back to the branch to ask someone a simple question that would have taken 2 minutes by phone or 30 seconds by email (for things business banking services by phone had told me can only be handled at the branch level). To add to the frustration, the name on my business card has been ordered wrong TWICE, yet no one is willing to handle it at the branch level without me coming down to the branch AGAIN to explain to them how to do something I consider to be painfully simple.
