Went in there to get some life jackets and the manager on duty was very nice I believe her name was Jessica she has great people skills and her communication is awesome she went above and beyond to help me find what I needed

Went in to the store to get a Gravity Chair for my husband for our anniversary. They had one advertised in their ad for $39 with a coupon in the same ad. On the flier and on the coupon itself it said "valid now thru 5/27/24". However when I tried to use the coupon the manager said it was only valid on the 27th. Even though I showed her everywhere it said on the flier NOW thru Memorial day. She said, "oh they just worded it wrong" and just waited for me to leave. I have worked retail and I know you are supposed to honor any advertised sales. I would have given them one star but the original cashier was incredibly nice and deserved a star of her own.

I generally visit the Concord store as it's closer to me, but this location is also nice. I definitely like that it's larger and has more stuff than Concord, but the people don't seem to be quite as friendly when I shop here. There is a good amount of parking which is always nice, but the traffic in that area can be really bad during the weekdays. Overall, it's a good location to stop and shop at

I literally never leave bad reviews, but this place creeped me out. I come here often for my children's sports stuff, but the past few times I'm followed around the store the whole time. It was just me my 4 year old and baby so it was really uncomfortable.

Bought $500 of camping gear, whole time I was there I was shadowed by an employee. They checked the cooler that I bought twice, just to make sure I didn't forget to pay for something. I'll spend my money elsewhere next time.
